We have just discovered this place a few weeks ago and have recently made our second visit. We love it! The food is very good and the variety of choices is amazing. Our party of four has had everything from the fish and chips to burgers to sandwiches to hot dogs and appetizers. Everyone was impressed! Dottie was our most recent server and she is very friendly, accurate with her orders and attentive. Wasn't great, wasn't bad. Stereotypical bar/bar food. My buddy's water tasted like bleach, but they took care of it and apologized. Went to Williamston Pub recently and was really disappointed with the service that we received from server Dottie C. She was very short and made us feel like a major inconvenience for inquiring about allergies. I highly recommend going somewhere else if someone in your party has any food sensitivities! O.M.G. best sandwich I've had in ages. It's not really a Cuban as it was stated in the menu. It's perfectly cooked pork should, ham, provolone, pickles and really good mustard on a thick, pita-type bread. I could eat this every day! First time here. It was a pretty good experience. The staff was attentive and efficient but not overly warm. The water had a strange taste. May be well water, not sure. The soup was delicious. The chicken sandwich was fine but nothing special. The salad was ok but the bacon on it was over cooked and hard as a rock. We would go again to try some other food. Worst place ever, it takes 1 hour and 50 minutes for TWO PEOPLE! This waitress is terrible, she can't hear anything and she messsed up our order, two times she has forgotten to put our order in. This is my first time here. It took 2 hrs 25 minutes to get bad food. The pretzel Was dried up and not edible. It took over and hour to get our drinks refilled . The waitress inattentive. The dressing on the Michigan salad was awful. So much vinegar we couldn't eat it. All in all the food and service was terrible. i'm not sure why the menu says 'chicken fettuccine alfredo' when the thick asiago sauce is served on cavatappi. it seems nothing is fresh as evidenced by the disgusting pretzel fried in rancid oil, which was served with the pasta & other items were reported as frozen (the gourmet jumbo onion rings). every menu item is drenched in sauce or contains strange menu pairings. it claims house-made sauces, most are made with goat cheese, feta or bleu...i can't eat any of them. i was most impressed by the side salad with crispy fresh lettuce. service was okay. ambiance was loud! this isn't a place i'll revisit...not one thing was memorable! brioche buns are highly overrated IMHO, they fall apart before you take the 3rd bite. it's a trend thats oversold everywhere; just give me a sesame seed bun please! read more

Nice, but small pub. Went on a Tuesday for lunch. Only one server for both bar and food, so service was a little slow. The food was great though. There is an entrance in back and has ample parking. My family and I have been to the Pub a million times. The service is really good most of the time. We were there recently and it was horrible. It was pretty busy and the two waitresses there were running around like crazy. I don't know why our waitress didn't write anything down, but she didn't and had to come back three times to clarify our orders. Unfortunately, the food was still wrong. Had this been the first time or even the second time we had thus issue with this waitress, I would have given some grace, but this was the 6 or 7 time. When we told her the order was still wrong, she blamed it on the kitchen, stating she entered it correctly. Just write it down, everyone has a great memory. read more

My wife stopped in Williamston at the farmers market and met the chef tried some samples and liked it. We decided to check it out for dinner. Very disappointed. I saw the Chicago dog on the menu. Looked good and appeared in the photo to have all typical toppings. My wife decided on the Reuben. Being very fond of sweet potato wedges that were shown on the menu, we asked if they were house made? No the waitperson said and in fact they weren't wedges at all but rather waffle cut and they were from frozen product. Ok how about the French fries? No again not house made- frozen. Fine. Then we will have the tomato and mozzarella salad, a Reuben with extra sauerkraut with a side of Cole slaw and a Chicago dog. Food arrives. Tomato and mozzarella salad- under ripe tomatoes in large chunks, drowning in not fresh pesto with tiny cubes of mozzarella that were overly soft from their long soak with the tomatoes. Chicago dog bore no resemblance to either a Chicago dog or the menu photo. There were grilled onions and peppers, some tomato chunks, some pickle chunks, sweet relish and mustard, and celery seed not celery salt. No sport peppers, no pickle wedge and no tomato slices. No poppy seed bun and stale to boot. The hotdog itself was good. The Reuben sandwich was disappointing. Not real Swiss cheese but rather processed Swiss cheese food. No extra sauerkraut and very little corned beef. The coleslaw was good. On the up side the atmosphere was nice, the cocktails good and the service was good. Nice location and easy parking. We visited this place for a quick meal before our son's football game. There were six in our party. Our order was placed in a timely manner and our food was delicious. I had the BLT and was impressed with the amount of bacon. My in laws enjoyed their taco dinners which were served with rice and beans. My husband had wings. His French fries were soggy. Food is nothing special. The employees seem very rough around the edges. There are better places to eat in Williamston for the same price.
