So I pick it up and I say thank you and she just shrugged her shoulders. So I walk out and I drove home. It's not until I look in the bag and see fries. I grabbed the ticket on the side and it says Dylan. I'm not a Dylan so I turned around and I go back which is now the third time I've drove back and forth now. I walk in and they're waiting at the cash register for me to come back with his food instead of remaking it !!? I gave the rude lady the food and I tossed it on the counter like she did with me. Didn't say anything to her looked at the man he gave me my food. I thanked him. I walked out. Dylan walked out right behind me with the food. I just returned and he watched me return it. which is illegal to do!!! so then I'm on my way home again with my food when I looked in the bag and I had no ranch which I specifically asked for so this is my fifth time turning around and having to go back to Wingstop I don't understand where everything went wrong. but the young lady needs to have better customer service, especially if she's going to give people the wrong food with a bad attitude and then try to apologize because nothing in me wants to be nice when she was straight up rude the whole time to me.
