ordered extra extra extra cheese and no ways was it even extra cheese. we have ordered from this store prior multiple times and aways git the extra extra extra cheese, besides that this same pizza looked like it was sitting for a few hours and was not fresh. Other pizza and bread sticks were good. Its sad quality is going down hill these days. when people order extra why does it hurt to put extra on it we sure do pay for it. We will still be ordering from Marco, as it could have been this one pizza we had issues with. read more

Very disappointing. We ordered the large Big Cheese, a side order of garlic parm wings, and cheesy bread. The pizza was floppy, half the slice couldn't hold up on it's on. The pizza itself was just... bad. There was little to no sauce, the cheesy was barely there -which I don't need to tell you in a cheese pizza is a wtf moment. The only redeeming quality about the pizza was that the crust itself tasted good when you got to the end where it was firm and not drooping like a dying plant. The garlic parm wings were decent, cooked well, good flavor with a bite but the sauce was just drizzled on. The wings were not tossed in the sauce leaving something to be desired about flavor and requiring an extra (charged for) dipping sauce to make up for it. I wanted to try their bbq flavor to so I ordered that, imagine my disappointment and frustration when a dipping container of Sweet Baby Rays came! I paid a little over $1 for a dipping cup of something that was already in my fridge. WTF. Marco's should be transparent about the fact they do not have their own bbq sauce so people don't waste their money. The cheesy bread was dense and bland. It lacked a crust to make it crisp on the edging, just a glob of bread that rose and was cut into strips. Not enough cheese, not enough flavor, just over all VERY disappointed. I will NOT be going to Marco's again. Especially not with their prices, Frankly I feel like I wasted $35 on a meal that would have tasted better and been cheaper if I went to freaking Little Caesars. Don't get me wrong, this would get 5 stars from me if the service side wasn't so screwed up, mainly the delivery drivers. So, I started ordering Marco's because the rest either just suck or I got sick of them getting my orders wrong. I always loved Marco's pizza, but I didn't know there were any around me until I got fed up with the other places and started searching further. The problem I have with Marco's is that out of the 5 times I have ordered from them, 3 of those times the driver forgot my sodas and this last time, the driver delivered my pizza to a wrong address. So when I called to ask where my pizza was, the people on the other end acted like a bunch of morons to the point I just got fed up and told them to just refund my card and forget it. I would recommend Marco's to anyone, they have excellent grub, but I wouldn't ever advise them to have it delivered to them. I have nothing against my fellow pot heads, but there needs to be a limit to how brain fried the people they hire as drivers can be. read more

I routinely ordered from this location until I called to complain about a cold, grease soaked pizza. The manager basically accused me of lying because "everyone loves our pizza," refused to do anything to remedy the situation and kept saying that the coupon I placed the order w/ wasn't collected. When I called, months later, for wings, I was told my address was "blacklisted" for forgetting to give the driver a $2 off coupon...Basically, I was punished for daring to complain about bad food. Thankfully, there are plenty of pizza places that are willing to take my money. Don't complain to the manager about cold food and you should have a great experience...otherwise, this isn't worth the aggravation. read more

Always enjoyed Marco's Pizza. I got hooked on them about 10ish years ago when they made their Big Square Meal Deal pizza and would routinely get a pizza there at least once a week. Lately, I've only been getting pizza from Marcos about once per month but the flavor is the same. Very flavorful sauce and good combination of cheeses. Worth checking out if you're looking for some pizza that's a step beyond a hot n ready but not wanting to spend the money on a Duluca's. read more

Got a free puzza when I moved here quite awhile ago.... years in fact. I got another free pizza in the mail so I thought Id try it again. Order taker on the phone was very personable. When I arrived... everyone welcomed me... and got checked out very quickly. The pizza: the crust to me was PERFECT! Just how I like it! Enough sauce... unlike most places where I have to order extra. Just enough cheese!! That other place uses too much to me. Pepperoni was nice & crisp. All in all I loved this pizza! I would give 5 stars IF they offered Specials on Small Pizzas. EVERY place has large specials... Im one person with no need for a large pizza. Will I go back? Seemed a little expensive too, so probably not... onless I get another free one! read more

First of all the person taking the order was not as nice as expected, the delivery was fast, but the pizza it's self was under wellming. It lacked sauce, and seemed quite dry. Since they reopened, they have been better than ever! The owner and his family (I believe he is the new owner) are awesome! You are greeted by the entire staff and you get the feeling that everyone cares and is about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I take my little god daughter there every Friday for "Pizza Friday" which she looks forward to every week! We go in and order and they are kind, courteous and fast without cutting corners! OMG! Pmagnifico is a great pizza! The 2 types of pepperoni and romasean cheese sprinkled all over makes this pizza delicious and really different. We like to order it with extra pizza sauce and well done. We always say we are only gona eat only 2 pieces but once we start eating it, we have to have 3 pieces. These are good people but the business model is not worth the price. You should get double the product for what you pay. If I were given double sauce as I ordered, i'd hate to try the pizza straight. Pizza Hut pan pizza is better down the street. Avoid. read more
