If they knock on your door, do not even engage them. Go with another company. Our experience has been awful! We signed a contract for 12 months, and at the 12 month mark, when I tried to cancel, they said I owed them for early cancellation. There is no reason to sign a 12-month agreement, because they are not investing anything on equipment or up-front investment. Their agreement model is completely unethical. We have more pests than we did when we started with them, and had to pay another pest control to help us. Avata sent their supposed "expert" to our house to see the ant, spider, and roach problem, and he did NOTHING. He talked and talked without any effect. At the end of a 14-month ordeal with Avata, we are worse than before. Thankfully another company came to our rescue and addressed the problem. Be careful with Avata, and run the other way. I cannot express in words how awful, incompetent, and unprofessional they are. They fired their branch manager because of their terrible track record. The new manager wanted to hear my concerns personally, and missed our scheduled appointment. Please, for your own sake, find another pest control company.

It took a week of leaving messages before I finally talked with Lydia & understood their problem. Truly Nolan charged an initial large fee for a contract they did NOT honor & then canceled me because they are incompetent, but of course they did not refund the initial payment. 08/05/19 - I did receive a helpful call from the manager, Rick, & Truly Nolen will will refunding me the total amount paid. They charged me thousands and a monthly fee and I still have a major termite infestation. I called them (which took many days and many calls) before anyone responded when they finally returned my call they said that they would have someone come out and inspect my home again and they would set up a time for tenting the house at no charge. Now they're telling me they want several thousand to tent the house that they should have tented over a year ago. I have been living with a major termite infestation because Truly Nolan either doesn't know what they're doing or they just like to rip people off probably both! I'm now ready to hire an attorney because living with termites is not fun especially with major health issues plus the termites are destroying my home something Truly Nolan could care less about! We are all for supporting family owned businesses especially the ones that advertise they use…read morenatural products. The first red flag was that I left a message on a Thursday and we didn't receive a call back until Monday. Morgan showed up and was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. However we went against our better judgement and agreed to two to three applications for weed control. He "guaranteed" thats all we would need. And we would also fertilize monthly. We explained to him in great detail that at no point are they to ever use pesticides. He appeared to understand. He also talked us into replacing a section of our grass saying that there was no helping the weeds there. So we paid $400 and finally about two weeks later Morgan and Rob showed up with the new sod. We immediately noticed a huge problem. The seam where the new and old grass met had a four inch difference. Rob reassured us that would settle down and blend together. Two and a half months later that has yet to happen. It looks awful. Then came the chemicals. Before they started we had green grass with green weeds. After three applications we have dead grass and strong healthy weeds. The soil appears depleted of nutrients which it wasn't before. Prior to Bio Green we were using an organic fertilizer and the grass, weeds and soil flourished. We just wanted to get the weeds under control. I called Rob to talk it out with him and let him know I was discouraged. I also wanted to remind him to never use pesticides (the last treatment left us with a sign that said pesticides had been applied). He said that I didn't understand what it took to treat grass and either way they have to use pesticides. I explained that we do not believe in pesticides so he angrily raised his voice and said that he is not willing to come out to our home again. These guys promise one form of treatment and then don't deliver. They have killed most of our grass. Our yard looks terrible. Three treatments (which was the agreed upon amount to see a substantial positive change) and instead we will have to spend God knows how much to fix the damage they created. Bio Green Orlando (based out of Groveland) are not worth a dime. Stay far away from them and the anger that Rob displays when questioned. No wonder they no longer have the big commercial contracts. By the way our new grass is packed with weeds. No surprise there.
