In today's world, you can't get people to call you back, and if they do call back, they don't show…read moreup when they promise to. If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. Highly Recommend! First off, I was delighted when I stumbled upon Cassan Wildlife and found it was locally owned and operated and dealt with the wildlife in a humane way. So I contacted Cassan Wildlife about an outdoor rodent issue and Ben (the owner and operator) was very quick to respond and schedule a day to come out (very quickly) and lay down traps. It only took a night and the problem was caught and Ben came out first thing the next morning when I called. Having had quotes from "known" companies with full "solutions", it was a breath of relief to have a real person (not on some script) to work with who was very professional and knew what to do for the actual issue at a reasonable price without wasting anyone's time with full $$$ solutions that were not necessary. After calling and getting quotes from other companies, I happened across the recommendation for Ben. Ben was very responsive and came out as soon as he was able to. Unlike the others, Ben physically got on the roof to confirm some issues and found entry points for our rodent friends that the others had missed. Not only that, but Ben's price for the trapping & sealing the roof areas was wonderful. He came out to set the traps, then came back twice to check them. He cleared out our rodent situation and we've been noise free in the walls since. I reached out to 4 companies and some of them didn't even bother showing up to my home to make an assessment before providing me a quote. Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with. He quickly responded to my online request for services and came out to do his inspection. His years of experience were quickly evident. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that that he was not only knowledgeable of this craft but also incredibly respectful of our situation. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital. His professionalism was also exemplified as he explained each step of the process and also by sticking to this schedule as promised as he returned on several occcasions to humanely trap what tuned out to be a young momma raccoon. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. He easily identified all our open access points on our home and came up with a decisive plan to help us get rid of our squirrel problem without harming them. Their prices were honest.
