Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended! My parents have been happy and loyal Royal Palm Pest Control customers for years, so when I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a pest control company, they suggested I give Royal Palm a ring. And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. So the fact that he wears paper booties over his shoes as a matter of course is just an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Again, highly recommended! read more

I'm out of their service area but they are certainly responsive and helpful wish I could use them

Requested spraying for cockroaches. Technician explained everything as he went along and was very pleasant. That was yesterday, and today my kitchen is cockroach free. Ended up getting them when my elderly next door neighbor had his home treated and so they came to my house. Not very neighborly people on Saint Andrews Court! read more

I highly recommend Royal Palms. They have been our service for almost five years. I recommend you ask for David. He's the best technician I've had yet. He's thorough, timely, professional and always goes above and beyond to make me happy. read more

They've went out of their way to get the job done in a professional and courteous manner. I hired them for interior pest control services for my home. They have been a pleasure to work with cutting my bill in half from my previous pest control company. Highly recommended. read more

Royal Palm Pest Control got the job done! Our pest expert was so knowledgeable and explained so much more than we could have possibly known about Florida creepy crawly's. In the end though, he successfully conquered all of our issues. Hopefully, we won't have any more of these issues again, but if we do, we will definitely call the experts at Royal Palm Pest Control again! read more

Great service. Great price! David treated our house today and as always did a wonderful job!

YES! I am so impressed with this company-Chad is our representative for this amazing service...always on time, courteous and thorough with his inspection and treatment. My issue was carpenter ants which I had tried to treat with no luck. Royal Palm has done a superb job treating them...and when I found some strays, they came back and re treated. Fair pricing; great service and appropriate follow up. Don't let their Palm Coast location put you off if you live in St Augustine-they do lots of work here. I absolutely recommend them. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with Royal Palm pest control! This company is fantastic in every way! I purchased a new home in Saint Augustine Beach and called a number of different pest control companies & this company was the most responsive and absolutely had the best price hands-down of anyone that I spoke with. Not only are their prices fair, but they really know what they're talking about and want the best for their customers! They gave me very solid advice about pre-treating my property for termites, went above and beyond to work with my schedule and did an awesome job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! read more

I don't know where to start with a royal pest control it is probably one of the worst pest control companies I've ever seen in the city of Palm Coast the customer service was absolutely terrible the way I was speaking to you on the phone and then once they came out and quoted me A price and then when they came out to do it they double charged me and didn't even do the job correctly I feel so taken advantage I try to support a local business and gotten took in a vantage of. Royal Pest is a Royal pain and difficult to work with. Glowing remarks dated 1 year garnered my interest. But After contacting them 6/3 I received several messages including a tentative appointment for today between 10-12 . The starting price was $125, today they state can't come until Thursday (6/9) and the price is $235. Very disappointed read more

This company is great. They service st Augustine and I went with them because of the good reviews. Needless to say, they have lived up to them. They're affordable, flexible, and their customer service is really great. They are what I would expect to get out of a company I'm paying, but rarely do. I wish more of my interactions with businesses were like this. I've been with them a year now, and I have no interest in ever using anyone else! read more

Exceptional Customer Service and responsiveness! We purchased a new build in Palm Coast and contacted RPPC for preventative service. We've lived in FL for years and have always maintained a pest control service with a National brand. Alex is our Royal Palm service tech and he's friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He addresses all my concerns and questions. It's affordable, they contact ME for quarterly appointments (LOVE THIS), our home is pest free, our animals are protected and I have peace of mind knowing that if something crawly comes to visit all I have to do is call. Reasonably priced, responsive, exceptional service, skilled technicians and they do the research to ensure your home remains pest-free. You can't ask for any better than this....Highly recommended! read more

I've used a couple of pest control companies here in Palm Coast. Not one compares to the professionalism and competency that Royal Palm has. Even the girl scheduling is so nice. Just today I had a termite treatment for precaution sake because tis the season for these wood chompin critters and my house is made of wood! I can't say enough about one of their employees Anthony. He is so honest and knowledgeable! He treats you with respect and explains everything. Plus puts up with me following him around asking if he got here or there....lol. I will never change services again. Only if Anthony leaves...I will follow him. (: read more

Very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone is courteous from the owner to office staff. The gentlemen that provide the service are very prompt professional and helpful. They have a great service at a great price. read more

These guys are great. I called and explained my problem. They gave me a quote and scheduled me. They came on time, explained everything they were doing, they were very thorough and though taking a bit of time, I felt as though it was worth it. No one wants an all day event but you don't want them coming and spending 15 mins on something that should at least take an hour or two. So I was very pleased with the outcome of my choice to go with Royal Palm Pest Control with my pest problems. read more

Royal Palm Pest Control is the best! Rafael explained everything that was going on at my property and made me feel comfortable about how to fix the issue. He thoroughly inspected and treated my home. I had a very good experience with Royal Palm Pest Control. Rafael explained what his service includes: any inside house spraying, he filled my house pest control tubes, removed any wasp nests and spider webs, power spray the exterior of the home, also spray parts of my yard and drive way. He also reminded me that he could spray the Lanai and garage. Rafael was very personable, professional and did an excellent job at my house. Great service, I would highly recommend. PS. It was nice that he accepted any form of payment (check/credit etc..), I used my credit card. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. When I first moved here, i interviewed a couple of companies, but was immediately impressed with Royal Palm. I have never met a more professional, courteous & down right respectful company before. Rafael & Carlos spend more time inside & outside my house than you would think possible. I always get a confirmation call before to set up the next appt. They are always on time & ask permission to move from floor to floor. I have not even seen so much as an ant since they started treating my home. Big plus, they have the most reasonable pricing also. NO MORE WOLF SPIDERS....Yah! You will not be disappointed with Rafael's company!!! read more

I'm going to repeat ALL the great things everyone else has said about Rafael and Terri! They are all true and it's so refreshing to meet such caring people. We are new to FL and all the critters that live here. Terri booked our first appointment over the phone and ensured Rafael would be out to the house ready to treat it. He not only walked the property with us and sprayed every inch inside and out but also cleared the mud daubers. Rafael also sprayed and bonded our house against termites. Lastly, each and every time I called with bug sightings, Rafael came right out and always with a smile. Royal Palm Pest is truly a top notch honest local business we will work with for a long time. read more

Excellent company with amazing employees! Terri was wonderful taking time with helping me over the phone with all the questions I had and getting my appointment scheduled at a time that worked perfect. Rafael was very professional explaining the service and also giving me well needed advice and tips to help me since we are new to Florida. We switched to Royal Palm after a year contract with another service. PWe did the start up plan and then quarterly update. After the start up plan we had no more of those tiny little ants that I think could get through concrete. Pretty much bug free even by the pool. Highly recommended. Richard does a thorough job inside and out. read more

I have been a customer of Royal Palm for almost 7 years. When I moved to Palm Coast they were recommended and I am thrilled that I called them. They were a new company and just getting established but the service was impeccable. I had moved into a rental home that hadn't had pest control in quite a while and the spiders were EVERYWHERE. They cleaned off all the webs on the exterior and gave the house a spray inside and out. I lived in that home for 4 more years and NEVER had another issue with any pests. When we bought our home 3 years ago it was no question that we would call Royal Palm to come and check it out and continue the great service we were already experiencing. Craig is the current tech we have had the pleasure of meeting thru the company, and he treats our home as if it were his own. He makes recommendations if he see's something that could pose an issue with pests as well as discussing all the steps he's taken in spraying. They are the best pest control company I have used in many years. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. read more

Royal Palms Pest Control takes really good care of our home. They handle our termite warranty and our quarterly pest needs. We bought a home that had serious pest problems (ants/termites) and they cleaned it up and the pest problem is gone! They're so good that my daughter had accidentally dropped her ice cream cone outside (without our knowledge) when coming into our house one night that the next morning there wasn't even any ground ants on it. They're a small company that cares about their customers and they do a thorough job. I highly recommend! read more

While trying to close on a house we had for sale in the Palm Coast area, I had to find a pest control service for the typical selling process. Because Royal Palm was highly favored on Google, I gave them a call. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I highly recommend Rafael and Royal Palm Pest Control! I have had Rafael treat my pest-infested house for spiders, ants, roaches, termites and fleas, specifically. He has been out on 3 separate occasions and has been incredibly kind and honest, and fast at the job! Within two days of the ant, roach and spider treatment, all bugs were GONE. No more ants crawling all over my kitchen counter and no roaches on my floors. He's consistently available for an appointment within a day or two when I call. Terri in the office always seems to be in a great mood and happy to answer my questions. Rafael always offers a great price, and I would definitely suggest Royal Palm Pest Control for anyone in the area in need of pest removal. read more

My daughter is attending Flagler in St. Augustine, staying in an apartment in the Cordova Building. She had moved in a few weeks before I was able to get down there. She had complained to the building owner about the 'bug' infestation they had, bugs all over their kitchen, in the bathrooms. The building owner came and sprayed on 3 occasions herself but it did nothing to the 'bugs'. When I arrived on a Thursday evening and saw the 'bugs' were in reality cockroaches, everywhere, I knew action needed to be taken immediately. I asked for a quote here on Yelp the following morning and got a phone call within minutes from the inspector, Adam. Since we were only there for the weekend, it was important to get something done quickly. He met us at the apartment that afternoon. Upon his inspection, he said the infestation was a 7.5 out of 10; it was clear to him that the german cockroaches invading my daughter's apartment had been there for quite some time. They were everywhere, in cabinets, behind the refrigerator and stove as well as the bathrooms. Come to find out, the previous renter had complained to the building owner on several occasions; clearly nothing had been done. My daughter's neighbor said the same thing and ended up having to get their place professionally exterminated since the building owner treated their apartment the same as my daughters; ineffectively. Thanks to Royal Palm Pest Control she is now COCKROACH free. read more
