They come out quarterly to treat the property for insects and help prevent infestations, and their service has always been outstanding. Recently, I discovered that my roofing company had done a terrible job on a previous repair, leaving a massive opening that allowed rats to enter my home. Multiple companies came out to investigate, and not a single one could figure out exactly where the rodents were getting in. Then Nick and his associate showed up. Within TEN MINUTES of getting on my roof, they found the problem that everyone else had missed. But here's what really sets this company apart. As you can see in the attached picture, the roofing company eventually returned to correct its mistake. Nick actually went out of his way to come back and show the roofers exactly what they were doing wrong. Even their proposed repair would have left openings large enough for rodents to continue entering my home! Think about that for a second. Nick wasn't there to repair my roof. That wasn't his responsibility, and he certainly didn't have to get involved. But he cared enough to make sure the problem was actually fixed instead of allowing another company to do another half-baked job. THAT is what exceptional customer service looks like. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers rather than simply collecting a payment and moving on. Nick and his team have earned my trust and loyalty, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars aren't enough for the level of service these guys provide!

Have been using them since April,…read more Have not been pleased with the results for my lawn, and to have them come out to fertilize the trees and bushes in my front yard, while also supposed to be inspecting the lawn for weed issues and the such. They came yesterday and all the man did was sprinkle stuff around the tree and bushes. Never looked at the lawn, never went into the side and back yard to look at the lawn. I have cameras all around my house, so know exactly what he did and how long he was here. And for that I am charged $131. I call this theft of the customers money, and that is exactly what I am telling them when canceling the lawn service.

Last year, part of our lawn…read moregot destroyed by Cinch bugs (sod webworms), even though Bug Guard was supposedly spraying for them as part of our service. It cost us $2500.00 to have new sod put down and Bug Guard contributed only $650.00 towards the cost. Again this year, our yard has been infested again and we are having to pay several thousands of dollars for new sod. Shawn, the owner of the company refuses to speak to us and when we requested that they cover the cost of sod replacement, Shawn had his "office manager" call us to say they will not pay for any of the expense. There are several lawns in our neighborhood that have Cinch bugs and they are ALL serviced by Bug Guard. Whatever chemical they are using is not working and the owner of the company refuses to take any responsibility! Shameful!
