On March 30th, a technician performed a granular fertilizer application on my entire lawn (or so they said they did). Their own inspection report (Invoice #A621944902) documents Time In: 1:40 PM, Time Out: 1:47 PM -- a 7-minute job. The result was uneven, striped fertilizer coverage across my lawn. See my photos. I reported the issue. A return visit was scheduled for April 30th. No one showed, and no one called. When I followed up this week, I was told a manager would contact me upon arrival. A technician arrived on May 7th and performed a re-treatment, but no manager appeared, and no one addressed the damage or took any accountability. Their pest control service is competent. But this company wasted my time, damaged my yard, and never took responsibility. I shouldn't have to fight this hard for a service I'm paying for. I would not recommend Turner's lawn care program, and I no longer trust them with any of my services.
