We've been King Fish customers for a little over 6mo now. As first time homebuyers, we were initially really attracted to their no contract commitment policy. This allowed us to test their services out without being on the hook for a full year. Our home initially had scorpions, roaches and spiders as co-residents. Kyle has been our specialist from the beginning and did a good job at explaining some of the factors that made our home attractive to the critters. Moreover, however, they are great people and honest. We have dealt directly with Joe and his son Reid for years. Just today, Reid was at our home doing an annual inspection and saw that we were struggling with fixing a flat tire. We've been with them for a couple years now for termite prevention/ inspection and are very happy. Just got our inspection today and tech Don was great. Took time to answer questions, replaced/ reset many bait stations that weren't flush with the ground, noted an ant issue without giving me some hard upsell. It would have been easy for him to blow it off but he is clearly too conscientious to do so. Office staff and timeliness of appointments have also been perfect. Michael from Inspect-All came out during the agreed on appointment. Not only was he courteous, he also made sure to respect our home by putting on booties. There was a detailed inspection report provided after he finished the inspection. The prices were also given prior to him leaving. We have not gone with Inspect-All and will probably make that decision sometime in the future depending on a few factors. I do like the fact that they follow up with you, but people do work and the follow-ups can be a little excessive with as many emails and phone calls I received. Still, 5 stars for me. read more

The products were completed within 48 hours and they had a good process and system in place for payment. Would use them again as future home inspectors. I was quoted a very good price for quarterly pest control services and the appointment was made. The technician arrived on time on the scheduled day and walked me through everything he was doing. Once he finished he explained any additional things he noticed like wasp nests and such and that he took care of them. I haven't seen any bugs since then so needless to say I'm a happy customer. I hired this company to perform an inspection prior to listing our home based on the reviews on Yelp. We essentially wanted to know if there were any major issues that needed to be resolved prior to listing so that we could prepare and fix those items. The inspection showed no active leaks or problems in the roof. Sadly, there was an old leak in our roof (found by the buyer's inspector) that we are now scrambling to fix prior to closing on the sale of this home. I reached out to the inspector who came out and he basically said that I should contact a separate inspector to look at the roof (but I paid a home inspector to do just that). I am sure it was an honest mistake, but I expected to have some refund or something due to the fact they missed such a large item. This has just left us extremely dissatisfied with the service and I would not recommend them based on this experience. read more
