These guys did a half-assed rodent exclusion and an ineffective roach treatment. The roaches actually got worse after their treatment. Their rodent exclusion completely skipped the crawlspace and proved to be entirely ineffective. These feckless dimwits are now threatening to refer me to collections saying I didn't give them a chance to fix their mistakes. Not only did they come back to my property 4 times to no avail, they repeatedly missed appointments and had to be reminded to actually show up. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

We've used Knock Out for inside pest control and been very satisfied. I originally rated them 5 stars but just had a bad experience. My 92 yo father had them spray the yard but they did not put up the standard warning yard sign. Did they think an elderly man wouldn't notice?? I come over to help my parents every day & my 2 little dogs ran through the freshly sprayed yard! I called and was told they "ran out of yard signs" but promised someone would bring one the next day. Nope! So if you want someone with blatant disregard for the health of your children & pets playing in their poison, look no further. Original Review 2+ yrs ago: Excellent experience with Knockout! This was my initial treatment with Knockout Pest Control. Greg showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He carefully listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly. He explained everything he was going to do and educated me about the areas that needed treatment. He answered all of my questions. I didn't think about it, but after you tent the house (which only kills whats inside and some insects) you need to spray the lawn and fumigate the interior. The guys at knocked out were ready to step in as soon as the house was ready to get sprayed. Provided a unscented with minimal residue chemical. I have not had a problem and its been two weeks. Called them in a panic when fire ants decided they wanted to pay a visit INSIDE my house! They were able to squeeze me in a few days later but in the meantime give me some tips so I could rest at night. The technician came and sprayed inside and out. The ants went away but a few days later they moved to a new spot in the house. What impressed me the most was this company came back out to fix the issue without charging me. Worst experience. Very unprofessional. Originally I signed up for service with them, and they made an appointment to meet me at the house for pest service. They never showed up, never called. I cancelled the service the same day with the owner. About 8 months later they came out and serviced the house- after I had cancelled it (they claimed no record of this cancellation). Mind you, if I had service with them, they should've been coming out every 3-4 months. I called the owner and notified him that someone came and serviced the house even though I cancelled. He apologized and said I shouldn't be getting a bill and told me he made sure the service was cancelled. Today I get a bill in the mail. Very disappointed. read more

I had an issue with squirrels getting in my attic and making scary noises, they came recommended by a friend of mine so I gave them a call. A few weeks ago I discovered that I had a Bee Hive inside of the eve of my roof. I called a well known "bee removal expert" who ripped me off royally- and did NOTHING. Then I called Knocked Out Pest Control. They came out to evaluate the situation and give me an HONEST quote to remedy the problem. They did exactly that! They solved my bee problem in two consecutive vists by removing the hive and treating the area so the bees would not return. The best part was that they were very affordable. Horrible service, they are just here to exterminate your wallet of money. They charged us $680 to get rid of some rats in a house we were moving into. This consisted of them coming out and putting traps around the house and saying they would be back every few days to a week to check the traps. This was on 10-8-15, we have not seen them since. We also signed up for a monthly pest control service for which we payed $110. They sprayed the house once and we have not heard from them again until we called today to cancel the service. They did offer me free pest control for 6 months but I declined because I doubt they would have showed up anyway. If you don't enjoy being ripped off I would highly suggest calling another company. read more
