These feckless dimwits are now threatening to refer me to collections saying I didn't give them a chance to fix their mistakes. Our dog has even chased it a few times late at night. It was our tree and hedge guy that found a burrow underneath our A/C unit. Of all the places why ours??? I did a little research and found CritterPro. They have good reviews so I sent them a message on their website and they called me within 15 minutes. I spoke to Edward and described the problem. He gave me a reasonable estimate and we set up a time for him to come up and set a trap. On the day, he called me about and hour early asking if he could swing by and I agreed. Edward was really nice. I showed him all the holes and the a/c unit. He stated that the A/C unit doesn't appear to have been used recently and offered to fill it in. As for the holes in our fence, we could block it with rocks or pavers to prevent them from slipping in again. If the critter comes back he said to give him a call. Let's see if he comes back. Well, it did. I called back and Edward came back out with a trap. He explained to me how the trap worked and how to free any other animals that may get caught in it by accident. The very next day the armadillo was caught, I called them, they took it away and refilled the whole it made. Two days later, another hole was created. Ugh, another one! This time Austin came out and reset the trap. He was so polite and answered any questions I had and tested the trap at least 3 times to make sure it worked. It took few days and even had to had to flip the trap around as we heard some squeaking from the hole, then we finally got'em! They came back out to pick up the trap and the picked up the little guy. Unfortunately that wasn't the last one, so we had another trap set up and caught a third one! We thought that there might be a fourth one but all we've caught so far is a possum. It's been pretty quiet so far. Hopefully that's the last of them. Thanks CritterPro for everything!

We called Critter Pro instead, and we immediately felt like they were trustworthy. Critter Pro closed all the wholes that gave wildlife access to our attic. We had two inspections done for two different houses using this company. The first, I apologize for…read morethe lack of professional behavior of the seller. I unknowingly subject the inspection team to someone who refused to get dressed! The seller was in his underwear and flat out refused to get dressed. The seller wasn't even supposed to be in the house, he lived in a different state and drove in the night before the inspection. Even the sellers realtor was mortified! The inspection went on, we refused to reschedule- after all that- the seller disclosed more information about the house that left us no choice other than to back out of the contract. Funny enough, the same team ended up doing the inspection for the house we bought. My father-in-law met them at the house to review everything with them and they joked about the crazy Texan from the first house. The house we ended up buying had a bunch of minor problems that we are slowly addressing. The report they provided is my hit list to fix around the house. Per my report, electrical seemed to be the most pressing issue and we had an electrician give us a quote even before we owned the house. The detail that goes into a home inspection is incredible. Some things are easy fixes and others may require professionals to fix. I appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection. Dad appreciated the levity and joking about the previous situation. The report comes with pictures of any issues they noted, as well as an easy to follow summary with red triangle alerts for the most pressing items that need a professional to handle, a blue tool icon for things that a handyman could fix for us and a minus icon for projects that we could do ourselves and/or get a handyman for. As with any inspection- no one catches everything. We discovered a leak in the roof near the chimney after buying the house. All in all, I was pleased with the inspection and report.

I was a Turner Pest Control customer for 11 years. I have now canceled all services -- pest control…read moreincluded -- and this is why. On March 30th, a technician performed a granular fertilizer application on my entire lawn (or so they said they did). Their own inspection report (Invoice #A621944902) documents Time In: 1:40 PM, Time Out: 1:47 PM -- a 7-minute job. The result was uneven, striped fertilizer coverage across my lawn. See my photos. I reported the issue. A return visit was scheduled for April 30th. No one showed, and no one called. When I followed up this week, I was told a manager would contact me upon arrival. A technician arrived on May 7th and performed a re-treatment, but no manager appeared, and no one addressed the damage or took any accountability. Their pest control service is competent. But this company wasted my time, damaged my yard, and never took responsibility. I shouldn't have to fight this hard for a service I'm paying for. I would not recommend Turner's lawn care program, and I no longer trust them with any of my services.
