We've had at least 3 different animals in our house at some point over the past 4 years. Until last Sunday, we'd tried to use our existing pest service or handled things ourselves. Last Sunday was different. Not because the critter that invaded our house was scary - heck, he was adorable (a baby squirrel) - but because we now have a 2 year old and I needed to know that nothing she could get to was touched by even the most adorable rodent I've ever seen. My wife called Wildlife Warden and they came right away. They set traps and hung out with us for about an hour trying to coax the little feller out of hiding. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to safely relocate the little guy with minimal drama and no worries about our little girl eating anything left behind. I was so impressed by Randy's work: the patience, kindness (we called for a BABY squirrel on a Sunday night), and professionalism. The next time we need help with anything he can help with, we're calling them. If you need critter control in the Jacksonville area, this is the one number you need. My only regret is not getting a pic of the little squirrel. I mean so cute!

Sure enough, Trad's had it. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They even helped me take everything to my car another time when I had my hands full with my son (2 years old) and the plants and soil I purchased. I wish they were open a little later than 5:00 during the week. It's hard to make it there after work before they close.

(I flea comb at night to be certain the dogs are flea free). One day I asked if they sprayed for weeds. Joell , a nice young guy said he would spray for weeds, and if I liked it, I could order thru office. Well a week goes by, everything is dying from their herbicide. I Called and they came out and put liquid Aeration down. It did not help. I asked for them to replace all the dead grass and all they wanted to do was sprinkle seed. (ground was hard by that time, even after watering so obvious seed would not take). After 6 weeks of trying to get response, I was called and told by Billy that they would replace with sod. (now Bahai is not super pretty, but I know the difference between Bahai and Cow Pasture grass). When they brought it out, 1 palet was nice bahai. But 80% of sod was pasture grass with tons of weeds and cow poo. The pieces he had put down were not close together, so it looks horrible. I've had to pick up some and re-lay, and remove the dead pieces. I asked billy to pay the first month water bill since having to water twice a day for 2 weeks. (none of this is my fault and would not have had to water like that if they had not killed the grass I had). Billy refused and said they replaced the sod and thats all they could do. (It may not survive the summer, as they did not core Aerate, or amend the hard soil, and many pieces had dead parts). I even had a neighbor drive by and laugh at my yard.. Disappointed with this mess. Do not hire Trads if you have Bahai. They dont have a clue and don't seem to care.
