Nicole, Michael & Chris were amazing!!! We had a wild boar problem which was very new to us so when we got these guys we couldn't have been happier! They came out very promptly and assessed the evidence of the wild boar destruction path in the back grass area. They then returned the next day with a massage cage they put up in just the right spot. Each side of the cage had to be wheeled back one by one it's so heavy. They put up a pole with a camera so they could start remotely observing activity and baited inside the cage. After just a couple days we had 5 inside around 8pm. I'm thinking okay we got em. They're like no we're waiting because we want to get them all and we think there's more. I'm thinking we lost our chance. Haha the very next night, exact same time 9 wild boar entered the cage! They remotely dropped the cage and notified us right away. They kept in contact communication with us and sent us pictures from the cameras leading up to this point. They were always available for questions or concerns. The very next morning they all arrived to humanely remove each wild boar from the cage. They even utilized water hoses to keep hosing them inside the trailer to keep them cooled off the best they could. In this Florida heat and dealing with wild boars, which is NOT an easy task, they were all so mannerly and gracious. They kept the cage up over the weekend just in case there were more, which there was not so they came back after a few days and removed the cage. Clearly they know exactly what they're doing and are great at it with each other in their communications and game planning. Quick Catch. They truly live up to their name. New to the Jacksonville area and living on conservation, we expected wildlife issues. Very first day had a raccoon that we could not scare off and were concerned for the safety of our pets. My husband happened to speak to someone at Home Depot and they recommended Quick Catch. One of their technicians, Kaylei, was able to come out the next day. While we were in the backyard discussing our issue, the raccoon showed up and Kaylei was able to quickly set a trap and catch it. She said there are usually litters of 3 or 4 so she left a trap in place with plans to follow up the next day. Shortly after she left, we had another one in the trap, I called and she came back and got it, placed another trap and waited a little while and sure enough, got the 3rd one. Couple hours after she left, there was a 4th raccoon so I called the office and spoke with Carter who stated someone would be out first thing in the morning to collect it. We were all surprised to trap 4 raccoons in one day! Carter was there the next morning and he was equally nice and attentive to our needs. It was such a pleasure meeting Kaylei, she's a very nice person with an impressive knowledge of wildlife and I enjoyed the education I got with this experience. She is coming back to do some rodent proofing to try to prevent any future problems we could have in that area.
