When he came for the first visit, he bought Joe who was also so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so impressed in Aldi's and Joe's experience. They even told me issues my previous HVAC company did. I got my HVAc serviced and a UV bulb installed. I couldn't be more thrilled. I hope to continue getting service with Florida Air Flow Heating & Air. I can personally verify all three claims. I called on Tuesday, and Aldi arrived in 35 minutes. He found a leak in my expansion valve and had to replace it. The valve was purchased and installed by 1:30 PM the next day. The technician sent to replace the valve was knowledgeable and friendly, and he took care to ensure his work looked good and was functional. As someone who spent 35 years in the facility maintenance industry and worked with countless skilled tradesmen over that period, I give Florida Air Flow Heating & Air my highest rating. The owner and his technician are the type of professionals I looked for throughout my career. Please give them an opportunity to earn your trust as they have mine.

The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home.
