It only took a night and the problem was caught and Ben came out first thing the next morning when I called. After calling and getting quotes from other companies, I happened across the recommendation for Ben. Ben was very responsive and came out as soon as he was able to. Unlike the others, Ben physically got on the roof to confirm some issues and found entry points for our rodent friends that the others had missed. Not only that, but Ben's price for the trapping & sealing the roof areas was wonderful. He came out to set the traps, then came back twice to check them. He cleared out our rodent situation and we've been noise free in the walls since. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that that he was not only knowledgeable of this craft but also incredibly respectful of our situation. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital. We opted out of emergency weekend service and instead left the lights on.in the attic all weekend. They came and inspected and sure enough, a raccoon had been there and rats. They installed a one way trap for the raccoon, as I didn't want it euthanized, rat traps and duct tape to further verify what kind of critters were taking up residence and sealed off every possible entrance. I also decided to have them re-insulate the attic as said critters had pretty much torn it up, plus left unsanitary messes. They completed the job in one day and the attic looks great now! Plus the "eviction" had worked, as there was no fur on the tape (they checked several days in a row.)

Critter Control subcontracted the insulation work to Sun Insulation. The exclusion work was completed, but the insulation installation was canceled on the scheduled day due to the subcontractor's equipment failure. This left us without insulation during a Florida summer and forced us to scramble to find another company on the eve of a holiday weekend. We ultimately had to pay for a hotel because our home was not ready to occupy. What disappointed me most was not the equipment failure itself. Unexpected problems happen. It was how Critter Control handled the situation afterward. The owner never returned my calls.The insulation company's manager never returned my calls. The office staff repeatedly minimized the impact of the cancellation. I was told that because I had rescheduled an appointment weeks earlier, after a vendor that was scheduled to complete work that needed to be completed before the insulation could be replaced was delayed due to a car accident, that this situation was somehow my responsibility. The discussion repeatedly focused on how quickly the exclusion work had been completed while largely ignoring that the insulation portion of the project--the reason the house was uninhabitable--was never completed by their subcontractor. Critter Control eventually agreed to reimburse one hotel night, which I appreciate. However, they refused to remove or adjust the bundled warranty despite the fact that I no longer have confidence in using their company in the future. The office manager just kept repeating "You signed the estimate." When I said that I signed it in good faith that it came with at least a basic level of customer service, she simply kept repeating herself. Legally, she is correct. But it was certainly poor business practices. Throughout this process, even before things went wrong, I felt like I had to manage the project myself rather than having the company take ownership of the customer experience. Multiple phone calls went unreturned and the team at Critter Control did nothing to help facilitate communication with the subcontractor they chose. The biggest lesson I learned is that when you hire Critter Control, you are also depending on the performance of their subcontractors. If something goes wrong, don't assume you'll receive proactive communication or have easy access to company leadership. I sincerely hope others have a better experience than I did, but based on mine, I would not hire this company again.

Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with. And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. So the fact that he wears paper booties over his shoes as a matter of course is just an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Again, highly recommended!

Trapline is the THIRD company that came to our home in downtown Orlando, and they're the only company that honored the 5 year warranty! Others say they have a guarantee, but when you try to get them to honor it... Trapline sealed our house 18 months ago, and I found rat scat in our attic the other day. I called TL and they sent COREY over the next day! Corey is friendly, clearly knows his job, and is patient in answering questions so that I can try to prevent more rats in the future. I am not one to leave a lot of reviews, but the service that Wayne provides is truly worthy of a lot of praise. He is not only knowledgeable and fair in pricing, but actually enjoys what it is that he does and that shows in his work. We had another critter control service come out and they tried to charge us double what Wayne did and also told us we didn't have bats when we did in fact have bats. Cant recommend Wayne and Trapline enough and will gladly call him back out if we have any other issues. read more

It works! I purchased a home and to my surprise there was a big cockroach infestation in the front yard landscaping close to the door. Trapline came in and eradicated the issue right away.
