In today's world, you can't get people to call you back, and if they do call back, they don't show up when they promise to. If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. Had squirrels in my attic. Trapline came and said they were going in and out. He put in something that allowed them to exit but not re-enter as I did not want to kill them, just keep them out of my attic. The process involves setting up the attic then coming back in a few days to check. After a little while the squirrel chewed another opening into the attic so they made a few more trips out to take care of the problem at no additional charge. They sealed up the entry point permanently and no more issues. I loved that they were easy to reach and responsive when I called, communicated well and were respectful and pleasant. read more

We've had repeated (4) instances of squirrels entering / infesting our attic over the past 10 years. In 2016, the squirrel infestation required a total replacement of our attic insulation. In each instant I removed the squirrel (s) myself. Wayne visited our home to determine how a grey squirrel accessed our attic after all the access points were all secured in 2016. The squirrel left the attic and chewed through drywall to enter our home. Wayne came out and found the issue after multiple animal control companies missed the obvious issue. He found the pipe to our dryer was not secured to the attic roof. Finally after years of animal issues, we are confident our issues are resolved. 5 Stars for my man, Wayne, hooking me up with some real talk on termites. Honesty that saves you money and time on unnecessary treatments that won't work. During this COVID era, I was nervous to have anyone come out to the house, but I saw a big termite flying inside and freaked out. I'd gotten Wayne's number from a former pest control guy who had recommended him when he was retiring, so I had trust right off the bat (pun intended). Wayne came by right at the time we were expecting him and he wore a mask, gloves, and covers over his shoes when inspecting inside. I was SUPER impressed that I didn't have to have an awkward moment asking him to use a mask, and that he was totally prepared. He ended up letting us know that the kind of termite we saw is super slow-moving and can only be truly eliminated by tenting. With that being said, he saw no other signs of termites, besides the one we saw, so he was honest in saying we should hold off on tenting. One colony could live something like 5 years on one plank of wood- they move so slowly. He let us know that other termite places would sell us on spot treatments, but those rarely work and are just a way to make a sale right away when folks aren't into tenting. This kind of real talk really built up trust, so when it came time to talk about setting up a termite bond, I trusted that they'd do a good job and at a reasonable rate. It ended up being just over $2800 to set it up and they came by a week later to work on the house and get us treated. Not cheap, but it is so necessary to have regular termite treatments and a bond in FL. Better safe than sorry! What I most appreciated was the fact that there was no hard sell- no pressure at all. This is the second time we used Trapline's services and both times they were professional, prompt, and offered friendly service. The first time was several years ago when we had mice in our attic. Wayne handled the problem with a combination of solutions and we have not seen any rodents since. This time was because I suspected we had wasps in our attic. Thankfully, my suspicions were incorrect and we are wasp-free, but I'm very glad Wayne came out to look for us. I was not about to open the attic and have a swarm of wasps come at me haha. He arrived within the given window of time, did a walk around the house to check for any other problems, and pointed out a few things that I should remedy that were more general preventative measures and not about wasps, which I appreciated.
