If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

Long story short: we made the switch after swarms at our house were getting more frequent and our previous pest control company that we had a termite bond with just wasn't cutting it. After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. The large majority of older homes deal with it in some capacity. Our last two visits have just been quick spot treatments because of the protection and treatment we got the first time. We only ever have 1 or 2 small sites of activity a year (no more swarmst though), which is a huge improvement from the last company we used. I paid them $1,800 to seal my home and signed up for their monthly monitoring contract. Despite this significant investment, the result has been a total failure. Here is the reality of their "service": * Zero Results: After nearly a year of payments, I have the exact same infestation in my grill area. The initial exclusion work was clearly ineffective. * Blatant Laziness: I have watched technicians arrive and sit in their vehicle for 30 minutes before finally getting out to do "work." They are burning the clock on my dime. * Proof of Negligence: The incompetence is staggering. One technician actually admitted to me that a rat had made a nest inside a bait box. This is undeniable proof that they are not checking the equipment I am paying them to monitor. They are simply going through the motions. * High Turnover & No Accountability: I have seen three or four different technicians during this time. There is no consistency, and they clearly cannot keep staff. When I demanded a manager come out to see this mess personally, they refused and just sent another low-level technician. Our new home sits on an acre so we have a lot of grass to care for. We depended on Bioganic's service to keep our lawn healthy. Then they switched our technician and ALL WENT DOWNHILL. The grass started getting an odd discoloration in one specific place. We alerted the technician who told us we're not watering enough. VERY ODD! How is it possible that only one particular place wasn't getting water while the rest of the lawn was fine. We checked all sprinkler heads and everything worked perfectly. The technician kept INSISTING that the issue was watering. Sometimes he said we're not watering enough while in other times he insisted we're overwatering. He kept IGNORING our pleas when we told him the grass is getting worse and that, whatever it is, it is spreading and killing the grass. We brought up numerous times that maybe it's due to chinch bugs. Once again-our tech blamed watering and said IT IS NOT chinch bugs. Months went by as we watched our lawn die. We wanted to trust that Bioganic was doing its job. We emailed and called them. They sent a manager out who, upon arrival, said they came to test the irrigation system. We explained that the irrigation was tested numerous times by the tech. That the problem here must be something else. They kept ignoring us. Didn't even bother to check for chinch bugs. In addition to the chinch bugs, mealybugs had INFESTED most of our shrubs and hedges. We complained about the services and even cut the weeds service because we noticed (via our security cameras) that our tech wasn't spraying all the flower beds. We decided to be thorough and called UF, several irrigation companies, and three lawn experts. Upon a two minute test, the chinch bugs were confirmed. By this time our front and back yard was INFESTED WITH CHINCH BUGS!!!!!! We immediately fired Bioganic and called several companies to fix what they DESTROYED! Additionally, we had three companies give us a quote for replacing the damaged sod (that according to the UF Extension Office) will NEVER grow back. The damage: $20,000!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you hire this company - know that they might DESTROY your lawn.
