STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!…read more I filed a BBB complaint two days ago: https://www.bbb.org/us/pa/wyomissing/profile/pest-control/rentokil-north-america-inc-0241-236012511/complaints I have left a Google review: https://maps.app.goo.gl/od2KfTG4BMDDgoQu9?g_st=ic I filed a Consumer Affairs complaint: https://www.consumeraffairs.com/homeowners/rentokil.html?#reviews This company is a nightmare and then some. Read my Google review for full details. The BBB and Consumer Affairs received the same information. I discovered reading through all the BBB complaints that so many people have had the same experience as me- incomplete services, misrepresentation, and being harassed by the billing department in Cincinnati, who are a bunch of robots from what my experience has indicated. In fact, I just recently remembered that Jose Diaz, the sales guy that came to our home, told me that people don't know that they're talking to AI on the other end of their line. Wake up people, this is what you get with ARTIFICIAL "intelligence". After all the requests, and then demands that they only communicate with me in writing, I finally received something in writing this evening... An email from their collection agency in California. This is the problem with this company... You deal with people here locally for the service, but the billing department is in Cincinnati and then their bulldog company/collection agency is in California. My experience has indicated that none of them talk to each other except to attack with the collections agency by the billing department. Only deal with companies where everything is local! Yesterday, I received a text from David, who I assume is a manager, he's never identified himself as to his job title, that stated he had been working on my account and that the balance was adjusted to zero. And then today I get the collections agency email demanding payment. I am posting a screenshot of David's text. He may work out of the Altamonte Springs location but it's really hard to get any information from these people. Be sure to read through all the BBB complaints,. Rentokil has bought Terminix as well and some complaints indicate there may be other companies that Rentokil has bought. It seems they've grown too big for their britches and that has made their services deplorable. Also be sure to search Indeed and Glassdoor for employee reviews. There are some real whopper stories out there. Seems to be a good indicator why their services have so many complaints from customers. If you're stupid enough to call these people and begin service, make sure you demand EVERY DETAIL discussed be IN WRITING BEFORE you sign their little iPad. Because once you sign, that's when the nightmare begins.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. moved to florida and…read morereceived actual service from them twice ( maintenance) and another for "special service". Just an FYI i moved to Florida a year and a half ago, had Arrow since i moved to my home... I paid close to 60 a month for a year and a half and got serviced 3 times... I have been waiting for a " manager: Creg Johnson to call me back regarding my refund. I also canceled service and they had the nerve to send me a text asking for a review... HORRIBLE SERVICE.. WELL ACTUALLY NO SERVIOCE AT ALL !!! Not to mention the exterminator Cole is clueless as to what should be done and when.. will be contacting BBB

I must say that this review is long overdue. Wildlife Patrol to the rescue - they're like the pest…read morecontrol version of Ghostbusters! So forgive my lengthy review. It all started when I bought my first home about 6 months ago. I found an older duplex in a great downtown neighborhood and I had this romantic idea in my head about how cool it would be to buy a fixer upper and turn it into something nice. Those feelings quickly changed once I realized how much responsibility comes with owning a home. The home inspection noted that there was prior evidence of "squirrel activity" (meaning droppings) in the attic & the previous owner stated no such knowledge of this. After closing on the house, I realized the "squirrels" were actually rats and the previous homeowner had lied and hired an incompetent company (Whitaker Pest Control) to come out and poison the rats before the sale of the home. BAD, BAD IDEA because poisoned rats in your walls/attic =dead carcass smell inside of your home. Not to mention, you don't need to hire someone to throw poison around in your house when you can simply do that yourself. The warranty through Whitaker Pest Control was still active but they refused to trap the rodents, so I asked them remove the poison and fired them. I frantically searched for another company that could solve the rodent problem b/c I had a tenant living in one of the units enduring the pungent odor of death. Not cool! That same day, Wildlife Patrol showed up within 30 minutes of my phone call! They gave me a free home inspection and explained why this was happening. Apparently rodent problems (rats, raccoons, squirrels, armadillos, etc) are quite common with older homes in College Park & downtown so that made me feel a little bit better. BTW, Rodents chew through your electrical system so it's best to address the problem ASAP. After seeing how knowledgeable they were, I agreed to have them do the work. They immediately began to set traps and promised to return the next day to trap-check and seal off all entry points where the rats might be getting in. As promised, the next day I came home after school to find the Wildlife Patrol truck in my driveway. A team of guys with a ladder, wire mesh and foam sealant were already busily sealing off all the nooks and crannies from the top to bottom of my two story home. For the next month, Wildlife Patrol scheduled appointments (and were available on-call 24 hours a day) to check traps, remove trapped rats, and replace with new traps. As the number of trapped rats subsided and then ended altogether, Wildlife Patrol waited a few more weeks just to be safe before declaring mission accomplished. Next, they removed remaining traps, vacuumed out any rat droppings and decontaminated the attic and sub floor areas with an eco friendly misting spray. I'm a first time homebuyer so Wildlife worked with me to pay in installments and provided me with a warranty. Thankfully going on six months later, we're still rodent free! A special thank you to Lee for the top notch customer service and being very patient with us, Daylon & Harrison for setting traps and responding to trap-checks throughout the month. There was a minor problem with one of the new guys who checked our traps (I won't mention by name) who my tenant did not like due to his level of service. Wildlife listened to our complaint and allowed us to stick with Daylan and Harrison who were already familiar with the property. Do yourself a favor, give Wildlife Patrol a call if you want your problem handled the correct way - the first time. You won't regret it! You'll probably save money hiring them the first time around instead of hiring & firing multiple companies. It's definitely worth the price and peace of mind!

After reading the previous poster's review, I was excited for Wildlife Patrol to come out. Since we…read morelive near a wooded area, we come into contact with creatures often. I had heard squirrels and footsteps above me and thought squirrels or raccoons were in our attic. We put off waiting to call a pest control service because we did not want our attic to be ruined and disappointments from other companies in the past. However, once I did my research on Wildlife Patrol, I knew I had the right company. They seemed to be honest and I knew I could trust them. Once they arrived, they discovered we did not have squirrels in our attic. They also checked the complete outside of our house, roof and all. However, they did notice a possible entry for them at the front of our house. I was extremely grateful and embarrassed :-) We were only charged for the inspection and sealing of the possible vulnerability within our roof. It was very inexpensive and worth the peace of mind. He could have lied and charged us tons of money, but I'm happy to say he was very courteous and thorough. I even asked him about how to get rid of our insects, since our current pest control company cannot, and he freely offered this advice. ***I wish I could remember his name, but if I find the paperwork I will edit this post.
