But As soon as Tyler, from Custom Pest Solutions, came to my house with shoe covering (which was much appreciated since I just finished mopping my floors) and a mask, I immediately felt safe and relived i didn't have to worry about dirt and pest. Tyler checked my drawers and cabinets for the evidence of pest and which kind. He was very knowledgeable in his field and was able to let me know what we are dealing with. To much relief, i thought i was dealing with terminates and fire ants! He was honest about his treatment plan on how to control the pest and gave me some quotes. Each quote was affordable, reasonable and clear. We chose the yearly service because i don't want to ever deal with this pest nightmare again. And he offered same day service! Tyler was very quick and efficient. I love this family owned business and I'm happy to support local small business.

Custom Pest Solutions. Highly recommend Purchased a home…read morethat the previous owner did not use pest control services. There were a few of the usuals such as roaches and palmettos but a MAJOR infestation of sugar ants in almost every room. Chris from Custom Pest Solutions came out and spent quite a bit of time both inside and out, explained what he found and took care of. No more roaches or palmettos and did put a dent in the infestation but still they were a problem despite the baiting and all. The 2nd treatment took care of the remainder of those pesky little ants except for the family room. Called Custom and Christopher came right out. He found them nesting under my carpet pad! Problem solved. I've had interactions with 3 individuals at Custom. Each leaving me with the feeling "I like this company". After 3 visits from Chris, I've gotten to know him a bit. Very personable, intelligent, seems to love his job which I find rather comical, and has only good things to say about the company and the treatment of their employees. I use companies providing other services that are professional, dependable, polite, and do a good job but I put Custom Pest Solutions in a class of their own. There's just such a great aura about them.

Impressed would not even begin to explain the experience that I have had with Gerard and his…read morefamily/team. If I could give these guys six stars, I would do it without hesitation. I am a property manager for short term rentals, and the word BEDBUG is about as bad as it gets in our industry. Our company has used a reputable, national company for years for all of our pest control (HomeTeam) and have been beyond happy with our services. Our Achilles heal however, has been bedbugs. While we do not get them often, they are something that can put a home out of commission for nearly a month (if all goes well), costing the owner, manager and guests thousands in lost revenue and ruined vacations. With the uptick in issues lately (less than one annually to several in last four months), I did some googling and came across All Star. I saw Gerald's Youtube video and was convinced it was worth a shot. I had the owner of the home coming in from Europe in five days and I needed action. Gerald answered the phone on the first try and quoted me if I needed to do the room ($550 downstairs/$650 upstairs) or for the whole home ($1 per sq ft). He was able to make it out next day. After investigating, we found the issue to be contained to a single room, and Gerald, Dennis and family began working some magic. He comes equipped with his own trailer and diesel generator that generates heat of over 150 degrees to kill all life cycles of the pest. Unlike other companies, using his own source (rather than the home's electricity) allows him to reach higher temperature, and faster results. They were out of the house within 4 hours, and we were ready for housekeeping to get it ready. I could not have been more impressed. ...then Murphy and his dumbass laws brought the same issue to a completely different home!! This one was bad...it was several rooms upstairs, and only a few days later. Again, Gerald and team were quick to come out next day and wiped out the entire upstairs in under 6 hours. Again, lifesavers. The price is way less than others...we used to pay $1700-$2200 per room and be offline for 28 days MINIMUM. If you have any issues, you MUST call Gerald. His personality alone will win you over, and will also assure you that you are using small, family run businesses. I couldn't ask for a better partner to help us going forward with these sorts of issues. While we hope to not call him in the future, we can sleep easy knowing that he is there to help.
