Within 40 minutes of my phone call, Ken Hall, Certified Operator of "5 Star Pest Control, LLC arrived at my home. He promptly identified the tiny 1/16th" Ghost ants which entered via window corners and applied a product to attract & destroy the colony. Within 20 minutes, swarms of ants began to congregate and digest the bait. This is the 3rd successful time in 3 years Ken has been to my home. He was here one full hour with bait applications to the interior and exterior window sills as well as to a spray to the exterior around my house. In sum, Ken is respectful, timely, extremely knowledgable about pests & trustworthy as he goes from room to room. He deserves to receive a 5 star rating for his manner, integrity, and professional skills. While I do not have a contract with 5 Star as I am a "Snowbird", nevertheless, I will not hesitate to have Ken return to provide additional services to my residence. I give Ken and 5 Star Pest Control my very top recommendation without any reservation. He does the job quickly yet thoroughly, he educated me and provided instructions as necessary, and does it all with courtesy at a fair cost.
