I am pleased with the 2 guys that came to our house as they explained everything in detail and showed us proof of our problem (can't believe we weren't sure still after that). Now we are excited to get our house wrapped and these rats gone. Update: what we liked most was their degree of knowledge they had about our situation and when we caught a rat, we called them and they came out the same day and took it away so we didn't have to touch it. If i could give them 10 stars i would. We even asked them something about the "wrapping" of our house and they took the time to explain it despite the hour it was. So thankful for that.
