I am so glad we went with them and although it's going to be expensive to "wrap" our house it's worth the price for peace of mind and we won't have to worry about them chewing holes through our hoses anymore which is how we found out it was a possibility in the first place. I am pleased with the 2 guys that came to our house as they explained everything in detail and showed us proof of our problem (can't believe we weren't sure still after that). Now we are excited to get our house wrapped and these rats gone. Update: what we liked most was their degree of knowledge they had about our situation and when we caught a rat, we called them and they came out the same day and took it away so we didn't have to touch it. If i could give them 10 stars i would. We even asked them something about the "wrapping" of our house and they took the time to explain it despite the hour it was. So thankful for that.

Well, that was my first mistake apparently. I honked my horn twice to have him back out. He did not move. I got out and knocked on his window. He rolled down and proceeded to scream at me to not come at him this way. Then he got out of the vehicle and said he was not moving. I told him that I was sorry I knocked, that I did not bang on it as he accused me of. I said I honked twice but he responded that he did not hear me. Seriously? My horn is 2 feet from your door! He had a chip on his shoulder, this had nothing to do with me, but he decided to take it out on me. Then he proceeded to call me a fat white woman. Lord, here we go with the fat remarks!
