Everything come with hush puppies and we also had a order or some type of corn sticks. The bbq ribs in my opinion weren't good at all and they were cold. Mac and cheese was box Mac and súper under seasoned. Potato salad and fries were ok. Corn sticks were dry. Hush puppies were weirdly shape , but really yummy! Fried chicken and tenders were absolutely delicious!!! Super seasoned and left me wanting to go back for more. One of the BEST fried chicken I've ever had! I tried the grilled shrimp. This entree includes about 10 medium shrimp, well seasoned in an herbal dry rub and grilled. Shrimp is perfect - a nice crunch to each one, sweet and moist.  Shrimp is served over cheesy rice, with a side of freshly steamed al dente broccoli. If it weren't for the fact that this meal is served in a styrofoam tray, you'd swear you were eating at a white tablecloth restaurant.   Good stuff. Others tried a cheeseburger and a chicken pita, both with fries. I was only able to swipe a few fries, crinkle-style. Deep fried golden brown and crunchy, lightly seasoned. YUM! This upset the cashier who started huffing around and acting irrationally. The owner that gave me a chance to cancel the transaction, but I went ahead and ordered the food. There are a whole bunch of problems with this. First, they nowhere posted that there would be a 10% surcharge for fuel or for higher costs incurred by them, or any other reason. This is just stealing plain and simple and violates state law. Second, when I inquired about it, the cashier lied and said it was for "taxes." Third, when she brought the owner over, she started walking around throwing a fit because apparently I questioned her truthfulness. Whatever, the food was poor at any price. Coleslaw was completely tasteless. Pulled pork was dry and thin. Only thing decent was the barbecue sauce, but they gave you about a half of an ounce in a tiny container. Our drinks were delivered quickly and we order entrees that ranged from a burger, a steak cooked to order, and two Southwest bowls. The entrees came out in a timely manner and were steaming and warm. Nobody had a single complaint about their meal. I requested my steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely. I was disappointed in the fried okra, but the potato salad was good and the brisket was very good. I like the sweet BBQ sauce but they have several different kinds. Tea is great too.... The dining room was not very clean....had to search for a clean table, but finally found one, and we came at a down time, it was not busy at all. I did not see anyone cleaning tables the whole time we were there and we sat and talked for awhile. My friends got pulled pork sandwiches and both got mac and cheese. They said it was all good and they had never been here before.
