These guys are open for another 40 minutes and this lady (I'm guessing is the manager just put us in the dark. She already turned the lights out and have removed product and they got at least another 40 minutes to be open. We've experienced this with them before. I've actually driven across town to get a sub and arrived here about 20 minutes to closing and the place would be pitch black dark with no one inside. If you plan to stop by anytime near the last hour of them being open, you might want to call to confirm that they are open but as you can see from the pictures with 40 minutes left to be open, they have already started removing condiments and products from the floor. read more

Been to this location multiple times now and I will not be going back. They do not put the correct amount of cheese on the veggie sandwich, 5 slices of provolone and 5 slices of swiss. When I asked the manager to put the correct amount she argued with me. I worked at a jersey mikes and have been to lots of other locations that put the correct amount of cheese. I will drive the extra time to never have to deal with this location. read more

Decided to try Jersey Mike's today and went with a variety of "sub in the tubs", no bread. Placed an online order, arrived and my order was fresh and ready to go. This location has a designated to go area, the lady that handed me my order was very friendly and even greeted me when I walked in. Nice! Got home and was excited to dig in - I liked my Big Kahuna, pair extra for double meat - glad that I did as if I hadn't it wouldn't have had much protein. Husband ordered tuna salad, liked his sandwich. Daughter ordered chicken bacon ranch - unfortunately, she didn't care for the taste of the chicken and despite ordering a hot sandwich, her meal was cold. Not sure we'd order from Jersey Mike's again - the price for three sub in a tubs was $31. Yikes. We did get double protein on two, but still that's pretty pricey considering no drinks or sides! I did appreciate how clean this location was and how friendly the employee was - just not sure the sandwiches and prices are worth driving over for. read more

I would like to give it a zero star. I ordered a Famous Philly sub, no onions or peppers. Beef and cheese only. As you can see in the picture there are peppers, onions and even chicken. This is scary because that means there is cross contamination happening. I have some severe allergies and I will not return to this location since they don't seem to care about the customers. I was also treated rudely when I called and by a female manager that wouldn't give me her name because she hung up while I was still talking to her. She said I would have to drive the 20+ minutes to bring it back. I have already eaten half and several peppers and onions already. She said this is the policy but I know from other locations that isn't true. I just want to warn people of this and hopefully things will change. read more

OMG where do I begin? My husband decided he wanted JM for lunch, so I figured it would be easier for me to order online and stop by and picking it. After completing my online order it only gave me the option to pick up on tomorrow. I called the location and the lady told me that they were having issues with the internet and online orders, but she could take my order over the phone. I gave her my exact order that I had completed online and stated I would be there to pick it up within 10-15 minutes. Upon arriving the first thing I notice before even getting out of my vehicle was a sign on the door saying they can only take cash and no credit cards. Ok I knew they were having internet issues, but it would have been great for the lady to mention that their machine was down and they are only taken cash. Luckily my bank was close by. Once I return I proceed to pick up my food..First problem (besides the cc issue) I was informed that I couldn't order the "lunch box" bc that is only for catering orders (clearly it gives you the option to order single boxes online) that's the only way I knew about it. The manager stated he would "allow it" this time but normally they do not do that. So, after what seemed like 4-5 minutes of trying to ring up my order I was ready to pay, only to pay more than what was listed online. With that being said, the prices online ARE NOT the same prices that ring up in the store. Everything was at least 1.50 more. By this time I am over it and just ready to eat my lunch. Oh boy ha that's a joke!!! The bread was NOT fresh at all, it was actually very soggy and crumpled up. It literally looked like someone balled the sandwich up while wrapping it in the foil. Half the sandwich was stuck to the foil, the lettuce was old and withered,and the sub was not hot (only warm). The place as always been good and efficient. Like everything else it is also going to crap. Never went in on a Sunday and don't ever plan to. The "B" or "C" team works there on Sunday. The place was unkept and only two people working. One guy looked like he was lost and the other guy just did not want to be there. Neither acknowledged me being in the store and I am hard to miss. The best one is the guy cutting the meats and as he unwraps meats he throws the plastic on the floor. Probably fun day as I saw no Management there. read more

I usually go to the Creedmoor one and I was resigned to poor service, a slow line, having to watch them make my food to correct their errors. I thought I'd add a few minutes to my drive and try this store. Service: outstandingly friendly and efficient service with genuine smiles Speed: in-and-out in 10 minutes with a line that went to the door - impressive I knocked off one star for Jersey Mike's in general. I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in awhile so I figured I'd give them a try again. I bought the Italian and a BLT. I opted for the regular size thinking they'd be a regular sized sub but I was surprised to find that they were smaller than expected. I added double meat on the BLT and ordered the Italian Mike's way. Both sandwiches were okay but nothing special, the sandwiches from Publix are bigger, better and much more value for less money. So I had a bunch of points saved up for a free sub and decided to use it today. I ordered a BLT with cheese. Simple, easy sandwich, right? Apparently not. My BLT came without any Tomatoes or Lettuce. The only thing on the sandwich was cheese, bannana peppers and pickles (I asked for no bacon). How in the world does this happen? So I completely wasted a free sub because I ordered from a location that was close to work, picked up the food and took it home before realizing what had happened. Been going to this location for years, almost always order using the app. Usually very reliable/accurate. On 3/25/22 I submitted an order via the app at around 12:20 with the app displaying a 12:38 pick up time. I walked in a few mins early at 12:35 not expecting my sandwich to be ready (although usually it is) and stood by the to-go orders rack. 20 minutes into my wait nobody had acknowledged me as I watched around 10 customers walk up to the counter, order and leave the store w/their orders. At around 1:05 the young man working the register looked over to me and asked me what my name/order was. I told him, hoping he would immediately pluck my order from the runway of sandwiches that were sitting on the counter. Instead, I saw him find my order bag with my name on it and he placed it UNDER three others. At that moment I told him he needed to put mine back to the top and get my sandwich as I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Still no intelligible response. I then waited another 15 minutes as I watched the guy at the register try to fix two other wrong orders and then ask 2 other people how to process gift cards for a lady (and no, they could not figure that out either). Finally after about 45 mins the young man who had been making sandwiches called my name out, looked at me with an expressionless face and asked, "would you like a bag"... I laughed and said yes. He then handed me the bag and went right back to work. Standing next to the stack of cups I said, "I guess I will get my own cup?" -- no response from any of the staff. I glanced over at several other customers and everyone started laughing sarcastically. No acknowledgement, no apology, nobody even trying to take charge and/or make anything right. It was such a bad experience I will NOT select this store on the app again when ordering. I think this location changed ownership as the guy who was always in there running things hasn't been there the last few times I've been there. This place is awesome. Great service and friendly people. Not to mention great sandwiches. Every time I come here I have zero issues. I did however see an old man today that was upset with a misunderstanding about his order. He kept making comments and being an a**h***. The staff handled it professionally however he kept going at them. Eventually making them remake the entire order. Some people can't be made happy. I'm a huge fan of Jimmy John's so when my buddy from Raleigh told me about Jersey Mike's I was pretty pumped up. They are just as good as Jimmy's if not better. I think that they put more meat on the sandwich, and the cherry tomato spread was the bomb.com. The only thing I did wrong was get seasalt and vinegar chips which was a little too much for the combo since I had oil and vinegar on the sandwich. All in all I left completely full and satisfied. The guys making the sandwiches were nice and talkative, seemed like they enjoyed what they did. First I wanna say that I have been going here for awhile. In the past 6 months the managers have been working really hard. The staff have been really helpful and nice. There is a girl who works here named Cary, i don't know if I spelled it right but she knows me by name and remembers what I usually get when she is working. All in all the place is great. read more

Me and my family have been going to this Jersey Mike's regularly for years. Absolutely love it. Pretty consistent food quality (bread is usually good, tubs portioned well, cookies on the softer side), and staff is very friendly - on a first name basis with several of them and the rest we always recognize and remember. Owners are professional, warm, and good at their jobs. Mistakes are incredibly rare and have gone down in the last 5 years or so. Even when another location opened nearer to our house, we (in part at my insistence) continued to visit the Wakefield location. Easily my favorite place to go for lunch or dinner and never had a poor experience in at least 8-9 years of regular visits. read more

It's consistent and reliable in the field a subs. The bread is always fresh and tastes good, they slice everything as you order which is a nice touch.
