It was very busy but conveniently located. We got a cheese pizza that was too cheesy without a lot of substance, but you can't ask for too much at an airport restaurant. It definitely did the trick and has a bar. read more

Quick service since I had to hurry before catching my flight. Had the BLT with chips. The BLT was good, and there was a lot of bacon. The chips were also good and plentiful. read more

Great server - terrible pizza, even for an airport. It was supposed to have three layers of pepperoni. The meat was all in about a three inch circle in the center. Our pie sat way too long waiting for pickup by the staff as it was all dried out when it arrived. Sean was great, but a truly disappointing pie that runs over $20 makes it a typically lackluster airport experience. read more

Not bad for airport pizza. The only thing is they have limited selections for toppings. But they did have excellent customer service so that is a plus of course. read more

A nice little bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. The food looked good but I just got a drink. I wish I had asked how much it cost before ordering my drink. $23 for a Tito's and cranberry!! The drink wasn't big. And you cannot leave the bar area with the drink, per airport regulations. read more

We walked to counter to order and the attendant was not helpful at all. My friend changed his order and the guy expressed agitation and rolled his eyes. When our pizza came, it was not drizzled in honey but was drown in honey to the point that is was soggy/mushy and pretty much inedible. We did not go back and say anything because he was so off-putting. My advice is to avoid Humble Pie in Terminal 4 read more

Greasy, margherita pizza was like a cheese pizza - no actual tomatoes, just the sauce. And a coupe leaves or basil.

Alright for airport food. We had vouchers thankfully bc two basic meals would have been over $40! We enjoyed having a table to sit down on and a high chair. I enjoyed my burger. The pizza didn't look great, pretty dry. Fries were kinda limp and undercooked. Service was okay. My husband had a lot of floaters in his water and had to ask for it to be replaced. Seating is clustered. Very busy read more

Zero service. Tried to order using the app. It didn't work. Same blond kept walking by loudly saying I'll be with you in a moment. She never came, arguing with another waitress about who's working "in front". When we got up to leave, she loudly said, oh, you don't want to use the app, but kept walking away. Other tables left as well. Don't bother. read more

Not bad, especially for airport food! Definitely pricy, but better than most on taste. Service was good and fairly fast. Seats were more comfy than anywhere nearby. I noticed this restaurant was open, apparently for breakfast now, so the hours posted on Yelp are wrong. Despite pretty mixed reviews, I went in, partly because they had booth seating - no other nearby place in the airport had anything but hard plastic chairs. The "Please wait to be seated" sign was present, so I waited until one of the 2 bartenders noticed me. He pointed me to a booth/table for 2 so I got my padded booth seat (yay!). There was only one server working tables, so I tried using the QR code to order. Before I had more than iced tea ordered, the server showed up with a menu and got my tea. I chose the Sourdough Cheeseburger and a side of fries. The burger was 2 fat slices of toasted sourdough with "premium beef burger, swiss, caramelized onions, & house dressing." The fries were fresh and hot. Everything tasted great. My bill for the burger, fries & iced tea was $26.47 before tip. (Note: the male server who originally waited on me was pleasant, friendly & helpful while the female server who took over was a bit curt and hurried. I can see why some folks report issues with servers, especially if the place is very busy.) read more

Pizza was AWESOME !!!! Micheala the bartender was working her butt off. She could have used an extra set of hands. Give that lady a raise. I understand it's a high volume airport restaurant- the other waitress wasn't much help. The Ambiance was ok. read more

They get stars for the service and the speed, the food is as the reviews describe it, varying degrees of not good. I had the breakfast sandwich. The sausage patty was small, the egg was cold, and the croissant was stale. The breakfast potatoes were also cold and lacked any sort of flavor (only tasted them at all for the purpose of this review). The coffee was lukewarm and watery. The service was fast and very friendly, offering to go cups, making small talk and trying to ensure a positive experience. Ultimately, I would have taken slower and less friendly for a plate appetizing enough to finish. There are not many options in this section of Terminal C, so make the call you have to make but at just under $20 between the sandwich and the coffee, I'd hit a snack cart in the future. read more

Waited 10 minutes to get service. No one showed up to take my order. Not busy here. Then when I got service, the woman said we are out of certain food. Instead of ordering what I want, the only thing I could order was just pizza, no protein of any kind. The people were negative and the overall feel was terrible. Don't bother getting food here. Go hungry instead read more

Not sure why this place is rated so low - we had a great experience! My date and I shared a pepperoni pizza with pickled jalapeños and hot honey, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of spicy, tangy, and sweet was perfect. We also tried the meatball appetizer. Sure, the meatballs could have been a bit bigger for the $14 price, but they were super juicy and packed with flavor. Overall, a solid meal that I'd definitely recommend! read more

Humble Pie was right outside the gate I exited out of. After skipping breakfast and getting a bag of pretzels on the plane, I was ready for some calories and headed right over. The employee at the counter was great! He was very cheerful and seemed genuinely happy to engage with the customers. Don't see that very often. He deserves a promotion and a raise. Great quick service breakfast if they are open. I enjoyed on a May trip, but a recent trip they didn't open the kitchen until 7:30am. Very affordable for a sandwich to enjoy for a morning flight! read more

I came in with the humblest (heh) of expectations, and it's definitely not fine dining, but you know what? For what it is, it was super solid. My Cesar Salad romaine was nice and cold, no wilty pieces, the chicken was freshly-cooked and not dry, there wasn't too much dressing. The waiter was chill but attentive (shout out Ty?) and the food came quicker than expected. I'm not sure I would walk from the other end of PHX to come here, but I also wouldn't hesitate to come back by any stretch. read more

Wow! What a pie. I didn't have high expectations going into this, as it's a restaurant in the airport, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor of the pepperoni pizza was superb, and the thin crust had a great mouthfeel. If you are in the PHX airport, I highly recommend grabbing some pizza from here! Note: it's a bit pricey. read more

Decent food for an airport eatery... Next time I'll check out their pizzas. Saw a couple come out & they looked good... Only giving a 3-stars because of the mostly automated, basically figure out the menu and options on your own. You're expected to open the QR code on the table and order & pay from their app... This is impersonal & seems to be remnants from the COVID era. read more

Pizza was good. Old fashioned was made right. What makes this place amazing is Donald M. He was bartending, but seriously I thought he owned this business. Forget that he knew his stuff and he hustled, that's necessary for anyone to succeed but "Donny", this guy should be training an entire staff on how to serve guests. The man cared, caring in an airport bar? It's almost non existent. I assumed he owned the place as he ran down a traveler because they forgot the pizza they ordered for their trip. This establishment is lucky to have i just hope they recognize that. read more

I was warned about how rude the bartender was by customer as I was sitting down. But decided to give her the benefit of doubt, since sky harbor is supposed to be the friendliest airport. However, she is extremely rude!!! No since of any type of customer service. When asked to fill my personal cup with water she refused and the only time she uses a nice tone is when she's checking you out because she wants a good tip. Even yelled at another customer that she wasn't the hostess and to wait. When their about to spend money here!!!! I think she works for SSP. I was going to spend 3 hours there but left because of her. Sat there for an hour, and she didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted another drink. read more

Came here for a bite & beer while waiting for my flight in terminal C. I've experienced their restaurant outside of the airport many years ago and I remember it was very fresh artisan pizzas. This was good but, not as good as I remember. The fresh mozzarella displayed on their menu just seamed like your traditional shredded mozzarella at most pizza places-- not what I remember. The server was super kind and tentative at the bar. Good service, average food. read more

Was told our order would take 20 mins... then went to check after 10 mins and another guy was checking on his order -- the woman working was different than who we ordered with, and seemed shocked that his order took 20 mins, and apologized to him. So I then decided to ask early about mine and it was also ready -- they just don't call out (like I was told they would) when your order is ready. Had to board our plane right after and my daughters pizza was completely burned. She didn't even have a bite of food, it was burned so bad. How can they service food completely charred black, and think that's okay!? read more

Can't comment on the food, because after waiting 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come and seat us, we left. QR codes on counters didn't work, so we asked the bartender if we could order 2 pizzas. No, we must wait in the line to seat. We gave up after another 5 minutes. None of the three staff members showed any friendliness at all. read more

The customer service is more than lacking, obvious after speaking to both the to go order host and dine in host. My food was hardly appetizing (pic included). I asked the host what comes with the chicken tenders and she said 4 tenders and fries. They didn't even manage the FOUR tenders. Severely overpriced at 12.95, which is expected at an airport but at least provide what you said you would. Food was edible so there's the two stars. read more

It's always so comforting to watch someone ring you in, touch the POS system and then try right around and begin to make your "fresh" food...all with out changing gloves or washing their hands. Also comforting to watch them fix there hair and stop to take and respond to that all so urgent text message. Review is for service. Didn't have a chance to try the food. The employee who was working the counter, was either having a bad day or hated her job and she had no problem letting people know it. I should have realized it after she was rude to the two customers in front of me. I asked her if I could place a to go order and she asked my name. I clarified that I was placing an order and she said "yeah, I need your name for the order." I gave my name and apologized for misunderstanding and she rolled her eyes. I placed my order which included something from their lunch menu. She she said they were only making breakfast. So I ordered the breakfast sandwiches. As I walked away I saw orders of pizza and pasta being made and served. After 15 minutes I walked over and there was another customer waiting as well. After seeing the cook standing by the grill on his phone we asked if our orders were ready. The counter employee said she already called the order. I replied "so someone took my order". She said she would let the kitchen know. Shortly after we saw what looked like the whole morning shift grouped in discussion and the cook still on his phone. Unsure of the quality of food we'd receive after raising our concerns, we asked another employee if it were possible to get a refund. That employee much friendlier replied that the orders were getting made but that she'd ask the manager if it were possible for just a refund. When the counter employee came back to grab containers the other customer I was with said "the cook was still on his *bleeping* phone. The counter employee replied "I don't need the attitude" and walked away. The manager and another employee came to the register. The manager apologized and explained that there was a problem with the ticketing system which prevented our orders from going through and that the orders are now being made but will understand if we just want the refund. We opted for refunds and they were processed just as the counter employee brought the orders out. Interesting, that the manager said the ticketing system failure caused our orders not to go through and the counter employee said she called my order previously. So who was telling the truth? The one star is for the manager processing the refund without issue. The whole ordeal took 30 minutes. read more
