I spoke with staff and one of workers the son of owners yelled at me and swore over the phone and they were not willing to try and talk or figure it out just kept being very rude to me over the phone. There are laws and time frames for this procedure in NH. I have a witnessed that testified in a hearing with DOS that he brought me to the place a second with title. Real talk: these are good, honest, reasonably priced mechanics. Not the cheapest, not the fastest, but cheap and fast does not a GOOD mechanic make. These folks do good work, don't talk down to female drivers (you know this happens at a lot of shops), and don't tell you that you need things you can do without.
