Had an issue in service redeeming the amount on the 20% off coupon for brake rotors and pads. Left not receiving the correct discount. The bill invited comment to the owners, I sent my details to both owners and got no word back. Obviously, they could not care any less about the issue but I will never go back to Concord Nissan. I would give them zero stars if that were possible. Replaced a wheel on a car nearly brand new car, 1 year old, did not offer to do an alignment. I am sure 100% of customers who walk in the door, when they replace a wheel, this business would offer to do an alignment. But because of my Asian heritage i was treated badly. Overcharged. Car had to be taken to another shop which found it had not one but two other wheels needing replaced. Oval wheels they said. Charged me for diagnostic also, 2 hours labor at 180$ an hour. The Second shop refused to do the work and it had to be towed to a third shop. Instead of a quick inexpensive fix paid for by Century extended warranty, The car ended up being off the road for 35 days, during which mouses began living in the car, leading to two car insurance claims. Refused to Ac·knowl·edge or diagnose legally binding warranty problems. Related to the shaking of the Nissan Altima. Not only will i be taking them to small claims court, You need to research Nissan Motor company before you buy one of these faulty vehicles. Nissan of concord took less than 2 hours of their day, to cost me 6 months of headache, and the loss of my self employment as a DoorDash Driver, because the car became undriveable. They sent me off down the road with a vehicle that shakes violently. A 2023 Nissan Altima with 24,000 miles on it. They Charged me for an inspection, knowing full well it would not pass, because of a registration paper being out of date. read more

Now here's a place that will screw you over fast last year I had a problem with my a/c in my car so it was covered under warranty, now the warranty people told I was covered up to 86,000 miles ,so i had them fix the a/c ,well now its up to the same thing g blowing hot air so i called Concord Nissan today 5/18/19 spoke with Dave i believed in service and he told me he needed to look it up and that he"ll call me back shortly. Well its after 2:00 PM and I decided to call him back which I did and and he told me that what was done and that my warranty had expired in February of this year,how am I suppose to know if my a/c works in February, never got anything from the warranty people or Concord Nissan about the warranty expiring. Went in looking to view some of the vehicles as my old car has lasted about as long as it was going to. I'm still a young guy so I don't have any credit or anything, so I told the guy I planned to co-sign and that I didn't plan to buy anything that day, I just wanted to take a look at some of the different styles and models of cars they sold for a possible future purchase. Even though I had told the man working with me that I've never done much to boost or lower my credit he offered me a forum to still check my credit and I reluctantly filled it out. Having to look no further than Concord Nissan to find my used vehicle preference, a Rouge SL, after over two months of ownership, I feel it is safe to render review for prospective purchasers consideration. The premises was exceptionally clean, the atmosphere relaxed, the Staff attentive and friendly. The female sales associate (a rarity) made the process relatively painless, she was knowledgeable, patient and kind, and did not practice 'high pressure' sales techniques. Not only did Staff bend over backwards to assure this customer's satisfaction with the used car-buying experience, but the (typically non-negotiable) Doc fees were reasonable in that they are only slightly higher than the NH state average amount found listed online, and as opposed to certain dealerships charging almost twice as much. The dealership boasts having two (2) certified mechanics on staff that lends a feeling of security regarding the overall condition of the vehicle as perhaps being 'better than most' for the price. After an independent pre-purchase inspection, the Dealer addressed a few non-safety issues discovered, along with an objectionable cosmetic issue. They also replaced certain parts as recommended by my mechanics. Added value factors are: 'Free inspections for life' and 'Free (every 5th) oil changes. This is a bit late but I figure better late than never. In Nov 2016 I was in the market for a 4-door sedan as a second car and saw a used 2013 Impala LTZ on their website. The salesman, Mike was very helpful from test driving to working a deal, the finance guys were polite, quick and thorough. I wasn't pressured into all the extras like extended warranties, fabric protection or other dealership fluff. Just a straight deal, great rate, no BS. Leasee beware! Take pictures before you turn in your lease. Take pictures of the tires too. I turned in my 3 year old Murano, with 33K miles on it. MINT! They were going to charge us $1,000 for wear and tear. That SUV was perfect. Inside and out. No kids, no pets, nothing. After weeks of back and fourth, they finally dropped the $1,000 fee. I had an issue with my heating and cooling system only warming and cooling from the passenger side. I brought it to two mechanics who could not figure it out. I then called Concord Nissan and spoke to Adam one of the service advisors and after speaking with him I felt very confident that this was the place to have my vehicle serviced. I brought my car in they did a diagnostic on the car and found out what was wrong. I needed a new airbox which controls all the HVAC within the vehicle. Now changing an air box, I found out is no small task. They got to completely take the dashboard out in order to get to that particular part and being such a large job it took a few days to complete but during those days they gave me a beautiful loaner car. Adam kept me updated as to what was going on daily, which made me feel very comfortable with this dealership. I was expecting things to go wrong because once you remove a dashboard, it's almost impossible to get everything back together and working properly WHICH THEY DID! So, If you do need service with your Nissan or any other vehicle this dealership will take care of you, because I really truly believe they care Adam proved it. I came here to have an AC checked and fixed arriving first thing at 7:30am so I could take the shuttle to work. I was the first car there and still hadn't received a call by 12:30 that afternoon to tell me what was wrong or an estimate. After I called it was clear they had no idea what was going on, and after being on hold for 10 minutes was told it needed a new compressor. They told me they would call back in 20 minutes after receiving pricing for parts to give me a quote. No call back for almost 2 hours to tell me the part wasn't available until tomorrow and to come back in the morning. That was no big deal except what were they doing all day if I was the first one there and they had nothing done? I asked for a rental so I wouldn't have to drive in the heat without AC. I was told it would be covered since my quote was over a certain dollar amount. They did get it fixed the next day by the afternoon and everything was all good and well $1,100 later. The following day when I went to drive the car an airbag light on the dash was blinking. I brought it back to have them look at it, only to be told they wanted $300 plus to replace the sensor that they had broke! After asking for a rental and to have it fixed I was told there were no rentals available and "we can see if I can get the price lowered." That's just bad business! Break something then ask the customer to come back and pay to get it fixed. Safe to say I am done doing business with Concord Nissan. read more

I bought a used Volvo at Nissan in May. I went for my first oil change and my mechanic said that the tie rod was going to need to be replaced pretty shortly. I did not have a warrantee however I called Nissan, told them what my mechanic said and they told me to come in, they checked it, ordered the part and replaced it with excellent customer service. I was expecting to have a fight on my hands but I got the exact opposite. They were friendly, helpful - they even drove me to work while they worked on my car and gave me back my keys with a receipt for the work and a smile. Buyer beware! Sold me a rusted "certified" vehicle and they do not care about customer service. Purchased less than a year ago and now have multiple issues. I brought my car into service and they told me they could fix the issues. They then charged me $200 to make the repairs they thought it needed. I left the dealership with the same problems. I brought my car back in the next day and they said the repairs I did need were not covered. Sincethe cost of the issues were so expensive I tried calling and contacting the GM multiple times (since he sent a customer experience letter) to see if anything could be done considering I bought the car less than a year ago. Did not recieve any call back after a few days. I then went into the dealership to talk to a sales manager and they brought me over to the service manager who did not care at all about my concerns and he told me this is what happens when you buy a used car and there was nothing he could do. They state that their staff at Concord Nissan wants you to know that the safety and proper operation of your vehicle is their main goal. I feel like thats a fraudulant statement considering I do not feel safe driving a car I purchased less than a year ago and they could care less. Buyer beware! read more

As the owner of a well maintained 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, I took the car in for service when I discovered an oil leak. I was told by Concord Nissan service that the repair would be $5500 to fix the leak and I would be better off getting a new car instead. I then took the car to P&N auto repair on Pleasant St and had the car fixed for $500. Be aware that you will be overcharged significantly at Concord Nissan in order to help finance their large dealership renovation that was recently completed. read more
