Showing customers junk parts off another like vehicle just to make a buck. Pathetic and low.

There is never a good time to have a catastrophic failure with your vehicle, especially when your most recent ex-wife made your credit score head into the toilet...and being a single dad. My local credit union (a member of 14 years) wouldn't return my calls....however in searching for a buy here, pay here place I was fortunate to find Supreme. I was blunt about what I needed and what I could afford. We found a good used car with reasonable miles for the year. Nothing fancy (well it does have heated seats) just needed a grocery getter and to get to work. After I was easily approved by a finance company they work with, yeah high interest, but I was over a barrel with no options (other than begging family...) Very soon after my purchase there was an issue (kinda major) with my car, not gonna go into the details on make, model or issue. It is still a 14 year old car. Bottom line is, they stood behind the car they sold me and took great care of me. I was patient, yeah not thrilled, but hey $h!t happens. Now it did take a bit to get the issue resolved since it was an intermittent issue. But I'm confident it is now fixed. I rarely write reviews or make recommendations but there are exceptions and Supreme Cars & truck IS the exception. I cannot express enough on how wonderful my experience was with Jeff, Shawn & Bob. I got a vehicle that had very high mileage on it and I paid a high monthly payment on it for almost four years, and by the time the loan was almost paid off the vehicle was worthless. That being said, Shawn was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and up until the last time I got my vehicle repaired there I was quite pleased with what I was charged for repairs. Shawn also worked with me on repairs that were covered by my warranty and treated me fairly. The result of buying a car from this business and making my payments on time was greatly improved credit. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in dire need of a vehicle and has lousy credit. They will help you out.

I immediately thought of Grappone. When I called, I tried to explain the story. I explained that I wanted to come in that day, look quickly at my car to tell me if I had any options, and that I would like to buy a car that day if I did not have any options. I was transferred to the service department. Before I even finished speaking the bored, uninspired woman on the other end told me there were no appointments until the following Thursday. Taken aback, I tried to explain my situation again. She couldn't have cared less. Frustrated that she didn't understand, I hung up the phone and asked my mechanic what to do. He said to call AutoFair in Manchester. They took me in immediately and told me my IMA system had failed. They were gracious and kind when they told me how much it would be to fix. I made the decision to buy a car the next day from them. I bought a 2021 Honda HRV. I'm writing because I am totally baffled that you literally refused to help me in this situation. I told the woman I was planning to buy a car if my old one was too expensive to fix. Grappone pretty much refused the sale!! To make matters worse, I randomly kept getting messages that a service appointment had been scheduled for me tomorrow, June 27. I kept trying to cancel it, but no luck. I am deeply disappointed and honestly confused by your dealership, and won't be able to forget this. I live in Connecticut now, but I'm in New Hampshire all the time. I will be telling as many people as possible how your dealership refused to help me, then had the GALL to schedule a service appointment. It was clear the person on the other end wasn't even listening to me in my hour of need. If I were management, I would want to know this happened. I will also be posting it on your reviews. Thank you.

Got the run around that salemen were shoveling snow??? This asked for the managers email. Again asked for a Jeep with certain specs, add ons, and like I had with this dealership 2 times before asked for a quote with a plan to purchase by this Saturday 2/28/26. The initial response from Ben Guthrie was course. I explained that life has been crazy lately and wanted to save time in a dealership doing the whole hot box ritual. His response to this? I am quoting, "We are not interested unless you come in , sit down and work a deal like real customers do. Otherwise take us off of your scam list". I have never have met a dealership that wasn't interested in a sale! Obviously not going there, but after looking into other reviews, this is not an irregular experience. My advice, stay out of Concord, NH if you are care shopping, esp if their name is Ben Guthrie!

At that time, I didn't purchase a Honda, but did sell them my old car for $2,000 more than I was offered for trade-in at Subaru. This time, our experience only got better. My husband was looking for a family van that also met his mobility space needs as a wheelchair user. We started the process by utilizing their online trade-in tool that made it really easy to upload details and take photos. Within MINUTES of submission, a rep called to talk to us about our needs and set us up for an appointment the following day. When we arrived, Erik was entirely professional, down to earth, laid back and seriously accommodating. He walked us through the no hassle policy, how they don't work on commission, the extended warranty that is automatically included and consulted us thoroughly to make sure he understood our needs. The work we did on the trade-in before also saved some time. We realized early on that while we liked some features and the drive of the Honda, it was just not going to work for us and explained that we would go down to their Toyota dealership to look at the Sienna. Erik said, "Oh! No problem, I will go and get that so you don't have to start all over and if you like it, you can complete the sale with me". As we waited for Erik to get the car, the general manager offered us hamburgers and hot dogs. I know it seems like such a small thing, but my kid was on the verge of hangry (as were we) and it made it so much more comfortable to spend the time needed to evaluate the vehicles. We loved the Sienna for us by comparison and it was a definite possibility. We told Erik we wanted to look at the Chrysler and Kia as well before making a decision and he said, "Well let me see if we have either of those in our used lot". They didn't, but it was one of those "above and beyond" things about minimizing the stress on us that we really valued. We left with Erik asking us how we wanted to be contacted going forward and said we would update him either way. Over the following week, he stayed in touch, was available for questions, and really congratulated us when we ultimately went with the Chrysler simply for the Stow and Go Feature that was best for my husband's needs. Without that, we likely would've purchased the Sienna. Grapponne sets the bar well for the customer experience that I hope other dealerships can learn from and the consistency is always there. In a few years, I will likely upgrade from my Subaru to the CR-V and I will start with Grapponne and will continue to refer people.

I was referred to this shop by a friend and had heard good things but left extremely disappointed. Communication was sub-par throughout the long drawn-out process. Upon getting my vehicle back there were a number of concerns: 1-Door was replaced as part of the repair. New door was not aligned very well, and it did not look like it was fully closed when it was shut properly. 2-Trim pieces/rivets were not fully installed properly 3-Interior was a disaster. Grease/dirt was everywhere on the interior of the affected door panel. Grease on headrest and seats as well. Rear seat was filthy and covered in sand. It was clear that the exterior trim pieces were removed from the car and stored on an unprotected rear seat (this is mid-winter so everything on the exterior was coated in sand/salt). 4-Door handle was not recognizing the remote for the keyless entry. 5-Exterior badge was reused and already starting to peel off of the new surface. 6-After the first hand-wash I could see tape residue all over the exterior of the car. I am guessing they either used poor quality tape or the tape was left on the car much too long as they completed the process. There was a badge that was not available at the time of the original repair, so I had to bring the vehicle back in to have them install that badge on the door when it finally came in. Once installed, and the car was hand washed, I could see egregious swirl marks on the door in that area. My guess is when I brought it back in (again in the winter) they simply took a dry towel and rubbed the area (sand & salt included) clean. Either that or their wash mitt/brush was covered in sand. Unbelievable disregard for the paint surface they had just repaired. Looks awful and spans the entire bottom half of the door. *Of the original 6 issues above, the shop handled #1, 2, 4 & 5 to my satisfaction when I brought them to their attention. I did not mention #3, #6 or the swirl marks gouged into the surface as I would not trust them to do an adequate job in rectifying the situation and would rather not have them touch my vehicle more than necessary. All-in-all a very disappointing trip. Don't trust them with your car unless you truly don't care how well the repair is completed.
