Perhaps it requires an appointment but I ended up just getting a very good auto wash - better than the spray only washes in other places. And the token for vacuum helped too. If the car wash offers other premium services, I would recommend they advertise them openly for newcomers to see. I came, got the car washed, used the token to vacuum, and left. Good wash overall.

During the foam brush phase, the soap coming out was dark blue... that was new. I thought it was a summer, deep clean formula. I brushed and washed the car. During the wash, my hands were stained blue. This has not happened before, and I have used the self-wash bay at least ten times with the foam brush. I finished washing the car and noticed blue spots on my shoes and legs, plus blue hands. I tried to clean it off with water and soap, but very little came off. I went over to the attendant, who was swearing at his co-worker. I explained and showed him my blue hands, and he asked what the problem was. I told him this has never happened before. He was dismissive and frankly a jerk. He said the sign in the bay warns that some staining may happen. I showed him the sign. The sign reads that the conditioner nozzle, not the brush, might stain during use. I told him I used the brush wash, not the conditioner. I was told they were the same formula... seriously?! Luckily, the owner was there, but he was also dismissive, and when I told him I was a loyal customer and that this had never happened, I asked for my money back. He was still defensive and incredulous. The attendant complained that I was aggressive, and I told both of them that I was upset at the terrible customer service and at my damn blue hands and legs. No apologies and no recognition that the brush soap ratio was incorrect. This is strong alkaline soap too. I asked for a refund and the owner acted immature about it - again showing my blue hands and asking him if this has happened before (no response). I decided to leave because they both don't care and have a zero customer service attitude. The blue dye can come off with aggressive scrubbing and baking soda. I can't recommend anyone use this car wash, especially if you self-wash.

He charged a totally reasonable fee for this (a fraction of I would have paid if the issues hadn't been discovered until after I bought the car), and the whole process was very quick. Richard, the owner, prides himself on customer education, he doesn't play games and he fixed an issue we attempted to have fixed 2-3 times and $$$ with another mechanic. We needed a total of about $800 worth of work done and I didn't feel once that we were taken advantage of or that the wool was being pulled over our eyes. I highly recommend their shop! He understands no one wants to pay for car repairs...but its a necessary evil at some point if you're holding on to a vehicle 5, 6, 7, 8, 10...years old.

I googled search this morning and I discovered for those in the future this year 2025 who needs to renew your NH state inspection go here. They are the lowest for NH state inspection around town as other places I called charged up to $60 bucks or are dishonest about their fee like Adams Auto Care when the lady told me it's $49.95 but I stated I saw online their advertisement for $29.95. She stated you must mention that to get that promotion rate which it didn't say that. Anyway, I wanted to share my fabulous and outstanding customer service phone skills as well in person skills Dan who portray exceptional professionalism. I waited for my car less than 1/2 wait time in their customer waiting lounge as they offer free wi-fi plus refreshments if you need them. Dan didn't rush on collecting my $14.95 NH state inspection right away until my car service was rendered and completed for the payment. I paid cash but I overheard Dan informing another patron if you pay with your credit card there will be a 3% transaction fee added on top of the invoice bill. Therefore, Dan fully communicated with his patrons which is what I really appreciate when going to get your car service. Kudos to Dan for professionally representing Extra Care Auto Repair. They exceeded my customer expectations here. Anyone reading my review here, I highly recommend this location compared to Manchester location for your car service needs.

Let me start off by saying that I normally take care of both repairs and maintenance on my cars. I…read morelike saving money doing that, plus I just don't trust garages to do the work right and charge a fair price for it. I had never been here before, and hadn't heard of anyone recommending this place, but other Yelp reviews were positive so I decided to give it them a chance. I'm always looking for a good garage to bring my cars to if need be. I had bought some new tires at Town Fair several months prior. After the tire install and alignment there the car was pulling badly. Town Fair attempted to re-align it 2 more times, and each time declared it to be good. It wasn't. So before I completely wore out the new set of tires I brought it here for an alignment. They did find the alignment was off (go figure!), plus they found that a suspension bolt was missing - something that had to have happened when Town Fair aligned it the last time. After replacing the bolt and adjusting the alignment they declared it good. It wasn't. It was much better, mind you, but still pulling. I brought it back down and they took the car back without complaint. After several hours they called to say my car was ready, but they wanted to show me a few things. When I got there they said that they were able to replicate my problem, and they did a number of things to try to correct it - check alignment again, rotate the tires, check centering setting on the on-board computer, inspect steering linkages and other suspension pieces, etc. All total I wouldn't be surprised if they spent a few hours on the car. In the end they said it was likely a sticking U-joint in the steering linkage and they recommended putting penetrating oil on it to see if it freed up on it's own. Now most garages would have charged me for the re-alignment since it technically didn't need to be re-aligned. They would also have charged for the diagnostic labor to narrow down the problem, and they would have also insisted on replacing the U-joint. Dynatune did none of this - the bill was exactly $0! They had every opportunity to charge me for things and in the end they recommended a first-level fix of a few squirts of oil that was free. It's honesty and fair treatment like this that I am looking for with a garage. They have definitely won me as a repeat customer. Due to my DIY skills I may not be the most frequent customer, but I'm sure to bring them the work when I need it the most.

I took it to 3 different places that stated they specialized in European imports but all the did was charge me for diagnosing a problem that I already was aware of and said sorry take it to the dealer. I took it to Motivated Auto and not only did they not charge me to look at it, they actually took the time time to fix it correctly at a fraction of what I would have paid at the Land Rover dealership. They friendly honest and very reasonable with their pricing. I have found my go to mechanic shop.

I was not disappointed. When I pulled Into the shop Brian took care of me. He assessed my situation then gave me an estimate. Even though the cost of living in Mew Hampshire is more than in Florida, I found in price to be very reasonable. When I picked up my truck, it was fixed right. I would highly recommend Darling's or Phil & Son Auto.

I also asked about getting some more sound out of the exhaust while I was there and I had some pretty strict requirements for what I wanted / didn't want but Lous provided some great recommendations and did the modification that I ended up choosing while I was there also super fast and at a great price. My car sounds absolutely perfect now, it's exactly what I wanted! The waiting area is well thought out and large they even had a puzzle on a table to put together, seems like people just kind of contribute to the puzzle while waiting which is a pretty great idea. They also have an arcade game, couch and TV so even though service is very fast it's easy to hang out and wait for your work to be completed.

I ended up getting three flanges done. The entire work was done in less than an hour. When I got home, I took the car to my mechanic. How evaluation was that the work was done amazingly professional.
