Selling a car with no brake fluid in the reservoir, with leaking break lines, barely 1/32nd of an inch on the brake pads, a frozen caliper, etc - never mind that the tire pressure was inflated above 50 psi. Because they put an inspection sticker on the car, with so many things going on, including the brakes, brake lines, calipers, with multiple engine light codes, I could only suppose that they intended to pass the car inspection with anything other than the purist of intent. If it were 2-3 things, I might have thought that it was just an oversight. To have about 20 different items, shouts of SCIENTOR to me. "As Is" doesn't excuse what appears to have been multiple instances of violations of the Statute of Frauds, along with seemingly violating NH statutes regarding applying a state inspection sticker under what seems to have clearly been false pretenses. Items suspected include: New Hampshire RSA262:16 regarding placing the inspection sticker upon the car whenever it shouldn't have passed a legitimate inspection. Then, there was the placing of 20-day plates on the car, subsequent to what shouldn't have been a passed inspection, which seemingly might also violate New Hampshire RSA 261:56. On top of all of this, is the anxiety from finding out that all four (4) tires were overinflated to 53 psi each. Plus, having discovered that with tires that could've easily had a blowout, that both the front and rear brake pads had BARELY 1/32nd of an inch left, for all four (4) brakes. I offered them a chance to pay me back for all of my out-of-pocket costs, along with a modest amount of money for the anxiety created, due to the blatantly hazardous true condition of the vehicle. In case that would be too much money for them to pay out on such short notice, I offered them the chance to replace the car that I had purchased, with a car that costs about $500 less than what I was requesting/demanding them to pay me for what had transpired. They ignored that as well as the original request/demand for payment. Normally, problems with passing an inspection, one should reasonably go back to the seller of the vehicle. Problem is, they seemingly abused the fact that they were able to apply an inspection sticker to a vehicle that they sold, which later had 3 independent entities verify shouldn't have passed inspection. Whenever I discovered not just a more reasonable number of 2-3, but rather about 20 distinct points that should have caused the car to not have had an inspection sticker applied, I could only assume the following: (1) That the passing inspection was more than just a minor oversight; (2) That the "as is" in conjunction with being a state inspection facility, was seemingly abused in a rather egregious fashion; (3) That with such an egregious example of apparent SCIENTOR, I saw ZERO reason to trust Greenwood Auto to actually do anything towards making repairs on the vehicle that they sold to me. I personally believe that around five (5) items, one can only make the assumption that such behavior was intentional. The vehicle inspection certificate clearly states that the inspection was done with the mechanic ID of: "06GDD" The sticker number is: A-18-0000873490. The inspection type was noted as: "SAFETY & OBD". The station ID was noted as: "00004443". The NH Host Unit was noted as: "NH003771", After my experience with them, I would only desire to purchase or accept as a replacement, a vehicle that had passed a legitimate inspection not on their premises. I sincerely hope to be able to come back on here, noting that they have made good with me, regarding this situation.

We had been looking online for used cars and were experiencing rising anxieties as prices were steadily climbing in the past three weeks. We felt pretty overwhelmed trying very hard to trust the LORD that He had just the right car for us. And out of the Blue, Edmonds was showing a car in Gilmanton NH at Humble Auto that sounded too good to be true! I even wondered if it was a fake web site! But we called in to see if this car was still available, and they let us know that ALL vehicles on their lot are handled on a first come, first serve basis, and that as of that morning the car was still available, and I was welcome to come out to test drive the car! I did just that, and the car was exactly what we could afford at a greatly discounted price from Kelly Blue Book, Carfax, and Edmonds! I actually cried over the amazing deal we received on this car. Lesson learned again and again: I can trust Jesus Christ to provide what is needed if I am willing to wait on Him!! For us, the biggest Blessing is knowing that the owners are also Christ Followers and have great integrity regarding the cars they sell. It is wonderful that Mr Jose, the co-owner of Humble Auto, is a reputable mechanic who combs through each car they bring on the lot and makes sure the car is in good working order! Mrs. Becky is the perfect car sales associate: low key, no pressure, super calm and peaceful, with a genuine warmth towards us as her customers! We had a difficult experience of overpaying and under delivering on a previous car purchase and it was a relief that Mr. Jose and Mrs. Becky aim to buy cars that are in good condition and are willing to sell them at a smaller profit margin to people who have need! Do check out their continually changing inventory, and if you are seriously considering a vehicle there, come prepared with your financing or a check to get the car you want! This dealer is a small inventory dealer at this time, and it is their good policy to accommodate first come (with financing or cash), first serve! We are so grateful for Humble Auto Car Dealer, and we hope they are around for many years to come! Thank you, Thank you for making our Day as we needed this car to start our new jobs!! Bless you Always!!

That said - He is a snake oil salesman. He will say anything to "make the sale". He lies by omission, falsifies and makes statements about the vehicles that are simply not true. I had a feeling that he was a fake / fraud / phony, but he had the specific truck I was looking for, a rare Silverado 1500 with a 6 liter engine, so I took a chance. The price was fair, the truck looked great, and the excellent warranty he gave me alleviated my concerns. Long story short -- the truck needed over $3000 to fix issues that Michael said weren't issues. I guess the GMC dealership doesn't know as much as Michael. His warranty is total BS, as is he. So I now have spent the same amount of money for the purchase and repair of my truck that i would have paid that dealership for a similar vehicle.... the difference is that the dealership honors warranties and doesn't need to inflate it's ego--- Michael does STAY AWAY--- STAY AWAY--- STAY AWAY---STAY AWAY---STAY AWAY

Brought my electric car there this morning for an inspection sticker. When Larry put the Jack under my car, it looked like he went a little too far and was in danger of being on my battery. I said to him, I have a concern about the placement of your Jack, and this was confirmed when I heard a little crack when he lifted it. He said "I'm on the metal." I said yes that is the battery. You need to be on the lifting pad! He proceeded to say he can end the inspection right now and I can leave or I can let him finish the inspection. I said I would like you to finish, but I'm concerned that you're not on the lifting pad. He proceeded to end the inspection and came out and started yelling in my face, and physically pushing me off of his property while my car was still in his bay. The police were called in a report was written. If you would like damage done to your vehicle and to be physically assaulted when you state your concern, then I highly recommend and endorse Larry. Luckily, it looks like the battery cover was just scratched, and no real damage was done. But the potential was there.

The owner moaned about knocking $100 off. Still I paid $300+ for a repair that should have cost half that much. Avoid at all costs.
