So over their high prices and faulty coils. So first off i've spent probably close to a grand OR…read moreMORE at this store due to all the mods, tanks, juice, and overpriced coils i've bought. In case you weren't aware, you can buy a box of coils that has 5 in a pack online for $5 and half to time get free shipping. But here they'll charge you $5 and some change for ONE coil. The worst part of it all is i've received coils that were slightly opened and didn't realize it till I got home. Half the time they won't screw in my Smok tank. They had obviously been opened and tampered with. Why the heck is anyone OPENING boxes of coils and just selling them individually that's just sketchy. I just bought a new tank at this location and i'm already have issues with it as well. I'm so beyond aggravated with the products here. Everything is jacked up on price, especially the juice. Honestly, save your time and just order online. You'll save yourself so much money and hassle. Customer service here isn't special. Just a bunch of vapers who are way more interested in their friends than helping you out. If they are helping you expect to be rushed, so they can continue having their conversations. I've had people forget to add my point card and everything. Also lets talk about the rewards card $10 off $100 well I wouldn't have spend $100 so easily had you not been making a killing off your products. It's not really a savings considering you're being robbed from the beginning. It's like being robbed then saying "heres some of your money back" I won't be back after this and i'll be telling quite a few people of my experiences too. You might want to tell your employees to stop tampering with the products they're selling. It doesn't look good on your company.

At this time my debit card which was used as a credit cards already charged me the 108 so I decided to wait for it to go through the bank and then dispute it I told them I would dispute it so they knew. I have had 3 separate chats about this issue with whom I believe was a supervisor or manager and each time I have yet to get a call back or my money returned for cigs I never got. This dispute can go on for 90 days with the bank so for those of us that live paycheck to paycheck this gas burdened me more then they may think! Bad customer service in my opinion! Action should have been taken the very next day if not sooner.
