End up having to replace the heating element because the flover would not come out. So i called the customer service number to speak to them about my issue. I would rather teast the E-liquid before dealing with the customer service representative injust spoke to. Instead of being more helpful or offer something in its place i got told theres nothing he could do. The worst part is i was gonna buy more just to do a review on youtube. I place on doing a review but this is not a good way to keep me as a customer.
