In case you weren't aware, you can buy a box of coils that has 5 in a pack online for $5 and half to time get free shipping. But here they'll charge you $5 and some change for ONE coil. The worst part of it all is i've received coils that were slightly opened and didn't realize it till I got home. Half the time they won't screw in my Smok tank. They had obviously been opened and tampered with. Why the heck is anyone OPENING boxes of coils and just selling them individually that's just sketchy. I just bought a new tank at this location and i'm already have issues with it as well. I'm so beyond aggravated with the products here. Everything is jacked up on price, especially the juice. Honestly, save your time and just order online. You'll save yourself so much money and hassle. Customer service here isn't special. Just a bunch of vapers who are way more interested in their friends than helping you out. If they are helping you expect to be rushed, so they can continue having their conversations. I've had people forget to add my point card and everything. Also lets talk about the rewards card $10 off $100 well I wouldn't have spend $100 so easily had you not been making a killing off your products. It's not really a savings considering you're being robbed from the beginning. It's like being robbed then saying "heres some of your money back" I won't be back after this and i'll be telling quite a few people of my experiences too. You might want to tell your employees to stop tampering with the products they're selling. It doesn't look good on your company.

Very clean, neat and organized. This place has an almost sterile feel, which to me is reassuring considering I will be ingesting the product. Which brings me to that, the product. VERY HIGH QUALITY ELIQUID! Flavor is top notch and on point. All the flavors are available to try in store. My only meh is the price of eliquid here is pretty high (nearly double what I pay locally) BUT you most definitely get what you pay for in this product. I don't always buy Avail but when I do i think of it as a treat and I am always satisfied. The staff is VERY professional and look the part too. I'll most certainly return, as I've already found a box mod that I must have:)

I went there 10 mins before the were closing so I didn't want to keep them there later and planned on just going in and out. I was immediately greeted by Kayla who did a fantastic job explaining the membership and all the current sales. Kayla also didn't not rush me and encouraged I test out some if the products. The prices were what I think were great of course living in Hawaii, I'm used to paying so much more for same product. Im not sure why they have received any negative reviews and maybe it Was my lucky night! In my experience the 14 day unopened return policy is better than I've ever personally seen since most places offer a strict no refunds. Being new to the area I haven't found my go to Vape store but after tonight's visit and my experience with their associate Kayla, this will be my home Vape. Even if other places are cheaper, I think I would rather pay more and shop at a location with a nicer ambience. In fact Vape stores should be like bars and cater to a certain type of customer. Personally a few dollars more for a shopping experience with class, is worth it. Even the shopping bags are elegant and chic! Additionally Kayla did a phenomenal job selling me products while not acting pushy. She was also really presentable and friendly and I would recommend when hiring new employees, your criteria should emulate with Kaylas customer service skills. I also found the marketing tactics for customers to sign up to be members quite clever and unique. All of the above things combined is why I'll definitely return to this store as well as recommended to my family, friends and colleagues?
