I'm not making a 15 minute trip out there to find out that they don't have the product I need which spoiler alert they didn't again and when I asked when would be in stock they didn't know and they can't tell me and that's the same answer. I keep getting over and over and over again and I've been shopping from them for three years. My husband's been getting from them for five years I am done with this place. We live on the Eastside and although it's 30 plus minutes from where we live we will make the drive there from now on. We went to Rob with some questions about our tanks and modems, and how to effectively rebuild our coils, and although we didn't even have our ecigs with us, he knew how to fix EVERYTHING. From leaning on the eleaf to using a screwdriver to recognize the atomizer with a quick trick-to helping us pick out the most affordable and reliable option for our new tanks (while also selling us the metal mouthpieces to avoid future mishaps) he was able to solve all of our problems so easily and with such efficiency and kindness-Thank you so much, Rob!
