I recently obtained a medical marijuana card and was searching for a nearby dispensary. A quick search revealed Nectar was very close to us. I checked out the website and was impressed by the selection. It was after 8 pm, but I placed an order anyway hoping I'd be able to pick it up in the morning. First, it doesn't work that way. More on this in a bit. Second, I was notified immediately that the order was a) received b) filled and c) ready to pick up. This all happened very quickly. I also received an email with a receipt of the items ordered. I showed up @ 8:30 the next morning (Saturday). There is a nice parking lot. The entrance is in the back. The person who helped me was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Since it was my first visit, she scanned my ID and my card and had me fill out a short form - basic demographic and qualifying diagnosis stuff. It was very easy to fill out. It all felt like a visit to the doctor's office. I was then invited into the dispensary. I mentioned I'd placed an order last night. I don't know exactly how long they hold onto an order, but it's standard practice to put the product back in stock if not picked up. Generally, I'd say it happens at the end of each day. Because Nectar sent an email of my order, I was easily able to let her know what I wanted to purchase. The items were quickly filled and brought to the register. She reviewed everything with me. I paid and was on my way. Cash only, as you'd expect. They do have an ATM inside. Nectar turned what could have been a scary experience into an absolute delight. read more

Oh my, what a weak looking dispensary. I've moved east from Oregon. The Nectar in Ontario, OR is a weed lovers dream. The one on Werk Road is a flat out nightmare. Nothing to look at, smell or take a good look at under a microscope. You buy blind here. You look at the menu and pick what you want. You cannot buy more than 1oz of flower, State regulations. The prices are absolutely outrageous compared to Oregon. My goodness Nectar ownership, your Ohio dispensary is going the wrong way compared to your Ontario, OR location. No early bird deals, no Senior discounts, and no new customer deals either. They offer up a very limited menu. I ended up going to "Sunshine" for a better overall experience. Unless this place is your only choice, I'd highly take a pass at this location. It's just not worth it in my experienced and humble opinion. read more

I'd be interested in someone from management explaining to me why I ordered an item on sale for $80 and when I got to the store was charged regular price of $100 and then was told by someone who's supposed to be management that oh because I get a veteran discount I didn't get the $80.00 sale price on that item I've been going there for a few months now at least once a week have bought many different products have gotten a veteran discount on every product that I purchased except for this last one for some reason they didn't give it to me for the sale price I would really like an explanation for that because there's many more dispensaries in this city that I can go to that also offered a 30% discount for veterans. read more

Went for the first time yesterday the female i had was not helpful at all there was a guy who was waiting on another customer i wish i would of got him he was way more informative just from listening to him while I was waiting but anyway the girl didn't help me at all not a good sales lady at all didn't care for the flower i got wish i could return it won't b going back anytime soon and if i do i definitely will not go to the same girl.
