The employees are very helpful. The store had a good selection of products. I prefer this store to many others that sell similar items.

I'm starting this off honestly and admitting I've never stepped foot in this store. I've never even been to Ohio. What I do know is that I continue to buy on-line from them (found shop on instagram courtesy of some glass artists I follow) and every package has come quickly, possibly OVER-packed with protection, and every order personalized. The cannabis and glass industry is fraught with awful customer service, and yet dealing with these folks you'd never know. Then, there is discounts and sales ALL the time in things you'll ACTUALLY use. I am a customer for life and perhaps someday I'll leave Florida and swing on in! Had a great experience. Went in for Kratom, Jake (middle age, red beard) helped me out as much as he could, they have rules in regard to how much they can talk about the Kratom. They had a large variety but only earth Kratom brand which isn't bad. Not gonna tell you my recommendation as I don't want them to always be sold out but it gets the job done! I am an online customer and I used to get expensive glasses all the time (hard-core btgb etc) this used to be my go to shop for Headey purchases But apparently recently they got rid of The pre-order feature used to be able to pay off glass in Advance to pre-order the rig that you want amazing system! And they replaced it with this new stupid unreliable live betting system it feels like gambling! you literally have to be in a stupid ass Instagram live???? just for a chance of getting what the fuck you want which is pretty stupid I'm more than enough willing to pay 100% off my rig and wait for what I want! why the fuck do I have to deal with all this extra bullshit just let me pay it off!!!! This is not fucking fair! Please fucking bring back the old system I haven't been able to buy a Rig from you guys In a while you guys used to be my favorite! Wow! Seriously, wow! Had the opportunity to check out this store over the weekend and was blown away by the amazing changes made. The stores owner has changed over the new year and they really stepped up the game! The store is so much cleaner and has a fresh look to it. They didn't just clean it and Reorganize they turned what was a hodge podge of a store into a thing of beauty. Cases are set up to organically allow flow and to create a large feeling of space. Something the previous store was lacking. Also, a fresh coat of paint that is a neutral color. Prior owners had so many colors on the walls your eyes and mind were overwhelmed and unable to focus. Instead of old paintings on the tile that are dated and in need of a touch up they have lovely oriental rugs throughout the store. Bonus, for the legs and eyes. They also added a nice clothing are with a seat for maximum comfort. On to the merchandise and sales crew. Wow and wow again. The sales crew is very knowledgable on all of the products that they sell and are eager to make a happy customer! Can't ask for anything better! The merchandise can start at a simple lighter to high end glass needs and vaping love! They also carry an extensive line of local artist glass. Nothing better than contributing to a local artist and a small business all in one transaction! Can't wait to make my way back up there for more goodies! I've been coming here for years. Before it was known as just 'The Smoke Shop'. They have a lot of glass to choose from with very reasonable prices. There is a lot to choose, from rolling papers to Volcano Vaporizers, you can pick your poison. The employees are very interactive with the customers which made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. One thing that is a pain in the ass is the parking situation. To say the least, it's terrible. Other than that, I think it's the best head shop in the tri- state area. read more

Horrible customer service. I have bought many many things from planet caravan and the last purchase i made from the place was a purchase i had been totally sold into. Which is fine. Good for them. They made a sale but when i took this item home and only a few days later the battery quit on me and would not charge. I took the product back to the shop right away and they told me there is nothing they can do for me. That i need to get ahold of the manufacturer and go through their warranty process. That is not right. That is not good business. You do not sell someone a disfunctional product and then tell that customer they are screwed unless the manufacturer will help. Not right. I spend the extra money at the store instead of buying online to avoid having to mail things and wait. Planet Caravan should stand by their products and if they sell a malfunctioned product, then they should be the ones to return it to the manufacturer and replace the customers product. I cannot believe after all the business i have given them and the amount of money i have spent there these people are not willing to help me to have a functional working product. Unbelievable. The good news is there are plenty of smoke shops so i never will have to return to Planet Caravan. read more

This shop is a cool environment and a great way to try out flavors but their tester mods Don't normally work and if u like a flavor good luck if they have it. They also like to try to up sale . sometimes that's annoying. There has just been to many trips here and nothing in stock. read more
