Anything you need for cold weather is here! If it kept us warm in Antarctica, it can keep you warm wherever your travels may take you. The first pair, the guy at this location told me just to grab a replacement, which made me spend a few hundred on shirts because of good business practices. This time, the guy refused to honor the guarantee on the pair included in the picture. Claiming normal ware and tear on the back of the jeans clearly on the middle inseam! I told him after a year goes by, I'll stop bringing them back in. Already ordered replacement ridge pants that hopefully hold up better (not as light as Meridian unfortunately). I'm not looking for handouts, but want to get my money out of them so it's not a complete waste (I have all the colors). Now I've lost a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. I have a lot of their clothing, backpacks, and accessories. Before, I was assured that the quality is so good that they'll stand behind it. Now that they're not, the quality must be causing them too many problems to keep up with that assurance. Third picture is the size of pants compared to fresh order made a month ago. I haven't added on in size which would be a meaningful denial as well. He just kept repeating the same thing like one of my toddlers. Just doing what he's told is my guess.

I hate that they went to one check out queue. The store handles online orders, pick up, Amazon, etc. it adds to the junkiness of the store. Boxes, stacks, items everywhere. Apparently you can't give Kohls any money unless I have her charge card or her drivers license. I have to say if they are trying to get people not to shop there, they are succeeding.

After finding a nice sports coat at the Jos A Banks outlet that needed slight tailoring I was…read moredirected to this location. Since my office is within a mile of this store it was perfect. My quest for a suit/suit coat for a wedding took me from one end of the men's clothing spectrum to the other. My first stop at another store had me trying on a fantastic sports coat that I later realized was priced at $1,200. I politely excused myself and headed for the other end of the spectrum. The other end didn't work for me either. When I went to this Jos A Banks store to get my coat tailored I looked at the rack in my size and knew I needed to bring my fashion consultant (wife) back to take a look. Between yesterday and today we spent about 4 hours in the store updating my aged wardrobe. Several coats, shirts, ties, and slacks later I'm very satisfied. I was also lucky enough to drop into a sale and find several coats on clearance that fit perfectly. And I have to admit that were it not for the sale I would have probably stopped with the one coat, slacks and shirt and made it work with one of my old ties. Seldom does value and service come together at the perfect time. A special thanks to the staff that invested so much time in helping us put together several very versatile options.

Joseph Banks happened to be running a promotion of "buy one, get one free" pants, so I called my dad (who is the store's biggest fan) and he came running down to meet us and get a good deal. The employee that helped us grabbed my boyfriend's sports coat and started pairing it with different pants until he had found the optimum pair. Unfortunately, the slacks that looked stunning with the jacket were not "ready-to-wear," they needed to be hemmed. We asked if there was any chance they could be hemmed before the store closed that evening but the employee told us the tailor was leaving as we spoke. He stopped us and ran to the back and five minutes later returned and said "go put them on so we can measure, they'll be done in less than an hour." Great! 45 minutes later we were called back to the store and my dad and boyfriend went in on an order together and got two pairs of nice dress slacks for $50 each! Not a bad deal at all. Great service and great clothing, I bought a cool pink and navy striped tie for my boyfriend while we were there.
