The ordering and "shopping" experience wasn't overly obvious for those new to the space. In the end it was an okay experience but not as smooth as others I've experienced in MI, etc. It seems that this is the case for most in the Cincy area so I'd say overall it was a positive experience and the staff was friendly.

This has been me and my families go-to place when it comes to finding cannabis that helps with…read moreseizures, pain and neurological problems, but they also have delivery as an option which is a huge bonus and they listen to delivery instructions. You're not 21 but you are a medical card holder? Don't worry, this place accepts medical cards and delivers if you don't have access to transportation. I'm not gonna lie the parking lot is small, but due to the position of the shop and road, I don't think it's entirely their fault, it's just Hamilton. You want the bag put on your door handle for easy access? They read the note and have always been polite. You're not going to have it rudely put on the door where you knock it down while opening or somewhere where you struggle to get it, they always go above and beyond with communication and general kindness, I really appreciate it as someone with mobility issues. You want it delivered in a box because it's snowing/contents could spill out? They got you, and they'll always put it somewhere easily accessible, text you if something is out of stock and openly communicate with you. I receive notifications for all steps of the process and given a good estimate on the delivery (usually a 2-3 hour time frame). You have questions about what you're buying? You can give them a call or text, they are usually very polite and ask for suggestions. The actual products, It's a little pricy compared to some, but you get what you pay for it's nothing im not used to, it's good quality and it works for my seizures so I don't complain. when it's high concentration it's usually more expensive in general. Only reason why I didn't put 5 stars, is I wish there was more in stock and they updated their online shop more frequently. It's more of a higher up issue than the on sight employees. I'm not entirely sure why, but It doesn't look to be like they get a lot of shipments in and they are often out of stock for a lot of products, including some of my go-to products which have been a bummer at times. They offer replacements if you've already paid with something in the same or greater price range which is very sweet of them. I'm more worried for them since their paychecks are their sales. But it also could be due to the funky weather delaying shipments. Even still, I've notice it a lot over the years me and my family has used them. I would genuinely recommend these guys if you need something reasonable in price, have a medical card and/or no easy access to transportation.

Big stoner here. I find this product to be far less anxiety inducing than weed (THC). I appreciate…read more l that it is sourced with care, (you can't trust that weed purchases outside of a medical/recreational store is free of chemicals, for example miracle grow etc.). The fact that it is delivered to my location on the same day, usually within a few hours, makes what used to be a drawn out process sometimes involving hanging out with your "supplier" (which more often than not is undesirable), a streamlined experience, just a couple clicks. The thc-o seems to be more potent, for me, than traditional thc. My favorite is the HHC, warm and easy body high, no anxiety at all. On top of all this it's cheaper. The experience with this company has been great, personable and trustworthy, the dude who operates it knows what he's talking about, and seems to really care about the enjoyment and safety of his clientele. Super fast and easy, great product. Highly recommend!

I've shopped here since 2018/2019 and I have always spent almost all my days here. When…read morerecreational became a thing I spent extra days here. I love the staff here and I am literally devastated about my choice to not come back for that reason but whoever the owner I'm assuming is who's calling all the shots are just coming off as cheap and I don't want to deal with them. As much time and money as I have spent here, I have come home with my third bag of trimmed leafy garbage The first two I just ate the loss, but nobody is smoking the garbage they trim off of the real weed that is for the garbage But this one they worded it differently to trick us into giving them money for things they would've otherwise thrown away "pre ground (trim)" is why I'm at shangra la now. So if the owner sees this the way you felt on Thanksgiving when all of your shit was down.... That's how I felt coming home today after being out of weed and opening my bag to see some shit that your people should've thrown in the garbage, but you're so cheap that you want to force it on your customers instead and pretend you did us a favor. I can't even believe that you are legally selling leaves off of buds Get a grip. You're way too cheap.

It's a puffer's paradise! I've been buying my juice online for a while as I'm fussy for the flavor mode I like, plus I use disposable tanks and have lately failed to find them in the brick and mortar world. Well I walked in here and the display of goods is practically psychedelic. Dizzifying. Amazing. Asked if they'd heard of a juice brand I like. Yup, got it right here in my favorite flavor, and in another flavor I didn't even know about but promises to become a fave. And the tanks? Plenty in stock. If your thing is vaping, hookah, CBD, or cigars come on in and treat yourself. My husband's a stogie fan so I took note that the cigar room had a lot of nice varieties and accessories. The store is huge so prepare to spend some time browsing. Lots of great gift ideas for the smoker or toker in your life. How about a new rolling tray?
