I love the staff here and I am literally devastated about my choice to not come back for that reason but whoever the owner I'm assuming is who's calling all the shots are just coming off as cheap and I don't want to deal with them. As much time and money as I have spent here, I have come home with my third bag of trimmed leafy garbage The first two I just ate the loss, but nobody is smoking the garbage they trim off of the real weed that is for the garbage But this one they worded it differently to trick us into giving them money for things they would've otherwise thrown away "pre ground (trim)" is why I'm at shangra la now. So if the owner sees this the way you felt on Thanksgiving when all of your shit was down.... That's how I felt coming home today after being out of weed and opening my bag to see some shit that your people should've thrown in the garbage, but you're so cheap that you want to force it on your customers instead and pretend you did us a favor. I can't even believe that you are legally selling leaves off of buds Get a grip. You're way too cheap.

I appreciate…read more l that it is sourced with care, (you can't trust that weed purchases outside of a medical/recreational store is free of chemicals, for example miracle grow etc.). The fact that it is delivered to my location on the same day, usually within a few hours, makes what used to be a drawn out process sometimes involving hanging out with your "supplier" (which more often than not is undesirable), a streamlined experience, just a couple clicks. The thc-o seems to be more potent, for me, than traditional thc. My favorite is the HHC, warm and easy body high, no anxiety at all. On top of all this it's cheaper. The experience with this company has been great, personable and trustworthy, the dude who operates it knows what he's talking about, and seems to really care about the enjoyment and safety of his clientele. Super fast and easy, great product. Highly recommend!

I'm not going to lie when I said I had very low expectations of this place, I am a bit of a prude or judgmental jerk because I think of smoke shops as quick places to jack up prices and make profit and don't really care. That is the absolute opposite of this business. their prices are cheap, as in like the cheapest I could even find on the internet. Barely a markup despite being a brick-and-mortar store. The customer service was excellent from the woman helping us. she was wearing a mask, as was the owner who I met later, and they made sure every customer that came in wore a mask as well. But unfortunately I only owned the vaporizer pen for about twelve hours before it stopped working on me. Or maybe the pain stopped working maybe the cartridge stopped working I don't know I bought them both there though. I went back in three days later without a receipt, but with a proven credit card statement. the owner just straight replace both, we couldn't figure out which was broken or why and he didn't care, he only cared about getting me what I had actually paid for. I'm still amazed by it, but on a day when I got some bad customer service elsewhere I was really happy to have received great customer service from a local shop. Support them!

At Beyond Hello, they were aware of the issue and are trying to get corporate to straighten it out. They were also great about getting my medical information added and the price reflected my medical status.
