They have 2 different rewards programs through a punchcard and a phone app so you save money for your loyalty they are always friendly and remember my juice preferences (to be fair I'm there even more now since they moved closer to me). They give u a free bottle of juice with you larger purchases and they are always knowledgeable and helpful as well as just great people to talk to. This store saved me from cigs and all the people there are amazing. 6/5 stars would definitely recommend for all vapers from e salt to regular juice; pens, mods, and every device in between plus they will help you if you experience problems with your device.

He then called the sheriff and attempted to have me arrested for using a fake id to buy over age merchandise. When the ID was validated as being real he broke it in half destroying the magnetic strip and now we are forced to pay to have it replaced. It is actually a valid, California commercial drivers license, verified by my insurance company. I could not have car insurance if I have a fake ID. Then again, why would I need a fake ID at 44 years of age. This store and all its branches broke Ohio ORC and need to be shut down.

I realized The bottle of nicotine additive I purchased was damaged when I got home, and turned around to return it although they couldn't do much at the time due to store policy. I was upset and said I'd take my business elsewhere and was essentially called a thief and treated like a dollar sign ever since. I'm sorry your establishment has to deal with people who try to scam you. It's not good for your overhead I'm sure. to treat someone like that over a legitimate complaint about a product wether it be ware house damage or otherwise, is simply unfortunate.
