I was a frequent customer at this establishment however due to negative experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere . I realized The bottle of nicotine additive I purchased was damaged when I got home, and turned around to return it although they couldn't do much at the time due to store policy. I was upset and said I'd take my business elsewhere and was essentially called a thief and treated like a dollar sign ever since. I'm sorry your establishment has to deal with people who try to scam you. It's not good for your overhead I'm sure. to treat someone like that over a legitimate complaint about a product wether it be ware house damage or otherwise, is simply unfortunate. Thank you for being nice to me as long as you had though. read more

Everything is Over priced. Everything is cheaply made *breaks within a week from "stress cracks". e cigs/carts working poorly and or not at all. Non refundable. 2 separate occasions Horrible customer service both times. If I could give a zero star I would. Save your time and hassle and go to Dank House on 30th. read more

I did not purchase any items in this shop as I am more of a jewelry/clothing type of gal. I think it is still worth a visit into this shop if you are looking to decorate your home or need storage type pieces. Pretty much everything in here fit the country farmhouse type of decor and the pieces seemed really well built. I will probably look through here again sometime.

Some of the prices I found to be a little high in here but overall pretty nice little shop. They had a lot of varied items and I still found a couple of things I purchased. They had a clothing items, antiques, vintage items, and assorted other things. The clothes they had were both children and adults. On this day their credit card machine was down so I ended up having to run out to my vehicle to get my checkbook but it was all good after that. The lady at the counter was really nice and one of the items I bought was glass and she wrapped it nicely so it didn't break. I will probably venture back in here to see what they have another time.

The sales rep was professional and did a great job in measuring correctly.. I can't say same for budget blinds up north (different store-region). The salesman didn't try to upsell us and listened to what we were looking On the day of installation, I believe his name was Bill, installed all the blinds by himself. He would only bring I couple of sets at a time and remove the packing from the house until he was ready for the next set. He kept the house clear of clutter and did an excellent job doing the install. Bill was professional and polite. I highly recommend. Blinds are high quality and are reasonably priced. The only negative was the time between order and installation which is on the manufacturer end. Due to the nature of blinds they were manufactured in two cities and one manufacturer was backed up. However, to the Budget Blind salesman's credit, he made it clear of the wait time when we ordered.
