Overall, this is where I go for big orders based on the price (and maybe I would go more if it was more convenient to me geographically).

It reminds me of Taft Ale House on Spring Grove right before they went under. The staff there were aloof and dismissive. The craft brewery market was over saturated. They and several others folded. My girlfriend wanted to go to this establishment…read more I'm not sure why it has so many bad ratings. The lines can be big, but that depends on when you get there I suppose. I think we arrived at around noonish on a Friday. It has frosted windows and a sliding door. There is handicap parking and parking for medical marijuana card holders. Once inside there is a greeter who checks your identification. They have two kiosk type terminals where you place your order. Once placed, you wait in line to pick up your order. The line when we went was pretty big but it moved fairly quickly. Once you get to the counter, you give them your name, show identification again and they pick up your order. You then pay for your order (if you didn't pay at the kiosk), receive your items and leave. Once we left, there was no line. I can't personally vouch for the items, since I don't use these products, but my girlfriend said they were good and reasonably priced. The greeter was friendly explaining how purchasing worked and the lady at the counter was friendly. I recommend.
