My girlfriend wanted to go to this establishment. I'm not sure why it has so many bad ratings. The lines can be big, but that depends on when you get there I suppose. I think we arrived at around noonish on a Friday. It has frosted windows and a sliding door. There is handicap parking and parking for medical marijuana card holders. Once inside there is a greeter who checks your identification. They have two kiosk type terminals where you place your order. Once placed, you wait in line to pick up your order. The line when we went was pretty big but it moved fairly quickly. Once you get to the counter, you give them your name, show identification again and they pick up your order. You then pay for your order (if you didn't pay at the kiosk), receive your items and leave. Once we left, there was no line. I can't personally vouch for the items, since I don't use these products, but my girlfriend said they were good and reasonably priced. The greeter was friendly explaining how purchasing worked and the lady at the counter was friendly. I recommend. read more

I do not recommend this store:for having no people in the store they were slower than molasses. Also they don't have the education/knowledge that other local stores have. In addition, their prices are super high. Pun intended read more

I have been waiting in line for almost a half an hour! One person is working the front! This experience honestly has me considering quitting for good. I also placed an order ahead of time so why do I have to wait in this terrible line? I'm about to just walk out. read more

According to the Better Business Bureau, Division of Cannabis Control and the Ohio Department of Commerce, (there are many Unsatisfied Customers that purchase your poorly manufactured VERANO CARTS that leak). This is Dangerous and Poisonous. Zen Leaf Customers also complain about the terrible customer service they receive and let's not forget the LONG LINES & WAITS due to Mismanagement of the time schedules and employee's lack of product knowledge. On 12-6-25 I had to stand in line for 25 minutes with only one person working the counter with over 20 people waiting in the lobby. Budtenders MUST be knowledgeable in the products they sell and the paperwork that goes with it prior to processing these sales. WHIO Channel 7 news and should start investigating this company and the products they manufacture to the Ohio Miami Valley consumers. WHIO, please Investigative and report this malice behavior. Document all manufacturing processes and the return rate for this company's faulty dangerous products/returns from the company's brand, VERANO. What do they do with all the faulty products? Check out the BBB profile. For the second time this year, I've had to return a leaky cartridge. This time the manager knows I'm a former Med patient and a heart patient who just had open heart surgery. I have been a customer since the company opened. I have spent $10s of thousands of dollars for my medication since this store opened. I have referred hundreds of people to this location to spend their money meds. This incompetent, nasty, rude, unprofessional deliberately barked at me like a dog. I barked back twice as loud and the lobby went silent. She made me stand in line for the second time for 28 minutes. She was in the backroom for a really long time. TOTAL WAIT TIME 53 minutes. After leaving the dispensary, I opened the replacement cart and it was leaking as well. My girlfriend marked the old cart, and it was the same cart. The female manager exchanged me the same leaky cart but just re-labeled it. SHAMEFUL OPERATOR! I'm out $30 for a faulty cart that leaked on a Motorcycle T-Shirt $45. Complaints filed with DCC & BBB. This female mgr needs to be terminated for this malice fraudulent behavior or is it the company's policy? BUYER BEWARE Ohio! Zen Leaf repeatedly sells leaking carts which is dangerous and poisonous to the consumer who buys it. read more

It's just a shame they are out of the favorites all the time. The wait time on the weekdays is not bad. Sometimes they don't open the doors on time and people line up outside waiting. They were very helpful in the beginning when I started. Sometimes they have to pull up a chair for me to sit in at the counter because I am handicapped and can't stand for long periods. I wish they would open up the drive through but that is wishful thinking on my part. I just wish they were better stocked. read more

Very rude female staff member. Maybe she had a bad day, but definately was rude towards me.

Customer service is terrible! The girl on Register: pos 3 on 3/11/25 at 1:34 pm should not be working with public. Rude! The investors need to secure their investment. read more

Place has gone down hill since they sold. Service is really bad, company can't be bothered to email you when they are running specials. Worst is the employees. They are rude, condescending, and basically talk down to people like they are "stoners" and beneath them. Miss Blue Hair likes to make comments like "Seriously! We're ALL just trying to work, here!" When you ask a question she doesn't like. Guy with beard likes to sit back in chair, cross his legs like every coach in a bad after school kids movie, and talk down to you.... "Ma'am, Think about it. Does Walmart email you every week and let you know their sales?" Yeah... They actually DO. Anyways... If you can find another place, I'd go there. This one gets worse by the week. read more

Budtenders are very knowledgeable and professional. Charles, Rachel, Cody and many others have always provided me a great experience.

Multiple names for this business. Some of them forbidden to be advertised? Biased receptionist. Lack of diverse tenders.
