The parking is atrocious - only one way in and out and with the construction in rookwood right now it is 1000x worse. The neighbor at the beauty salon next door is rude and will chase you to your car. The product quality - I have got bud that was stale and concentrates that were melted.

It's still the cheapest place in town with their sales. I do wish they would pull my order before I arrived (medical orders always appear to take longer than recreational) but I get that without pre-paying, it's not worth their time. Website is still the easiest to use in my opinion although it is hard to figure out how to use my loyalty points. Overall, this is where I go for big orders based on the price (and maybe I would go more if it was more convenient to me geographically).
