It a big fan, walk-in and you have to order off a iPad I'm use to other states open comfy vibe not like I'm in a secured depository the gentlemen at the front are cool and personable, but I like to get a glimpse at what I'm looking to purchase (if I decide to) but nothing room is plain and blah, after the order you go into another room behind more doors and still no display or pictures of product. Idk maybe I was use to the way other places are setup the ooooh and awe factor some type of I want to see before I buy feel but this didn't have that, I won't take away from the staff all are kind and friendly some though felt like it was just "a job" little to no knowledge but the. You had few that are very knowledgeable. Idk give it a try look more set up for locals then the every once in awhile outta towner but still some good strains and some old names but give it a shot read more

Updating from two to three stars but they cant creep higher due to the products not be listed properly on the website. Make sure before you leave the star you check what you are buying .. had them advertise online 100mg pack of gummies yet sold me a 25 mg pack of gummies instead. The employees then try to gaslight when you call them out on them trying to charge more money for less mg. Otherwise recently the staff seems to be nicer and more knowledgeable. I do however miss the stacking discounts and the deals they used to have for med patients as now I don't come in here unless I need a dispensary when the other locations are closed. It is the only dispensary I have found in Cincinnati that has my favorite strain in flower, vape, and edible so I go there for that. I appreciate that I can schedule the pickup of my online order in a timeframe so that it's actually ready when I pick it up. I wish they offered discounts and expedited service for those of us with medical cards. read more

They had on their website for magnitude 1 g carts for $55... I went in and purchased them... The cards were .85 g... I went back inside... And they said we don't even sell 1 g carts for magnitude... Yet there's a huge sign in the lobby that says magnitude carts 1 g... The website even had them as 1 g carts under that deal... They literally refused to make it right and to honor the very published advertisement they made... This is Customer Service zero and there are plenty of other dispensaries in this city... read more

The people here are really nice but the dispensaries in OH are very different from those found in MI. They have flower but aren't allowed to sell pre-rolls. I tried the matter edibles and they were underwhelming. Overall the dispensary is great to stop by if you need bud while visiting. read more

I always have a positive experience visiting this location. Everyone there is friendly and the budtenders are very helpful. My only concern is that recently there has been a limitation of Matter flower. They have only been stocking Sativas and even though I like a nice Sativa every so often I am an Indica guy to the bone. If I could this place zero stars I would. Assistant Manger and General manager named Chad are incompetent as ever. Online it says that Super Boop is a hybrid. When I get there it's a sativa. I rolled one joint the weed is dry and harsh, and does not taste like the same Super Boop I had prior from Verilife literally 3 days ago. They said they can't do nothing for me due to me being unsatisfied with the product. They were rude and loud and condescending and didn't want to help. I'm not buying from here ever. Also, the worker said that all the weed marked down is because it's old and they are trying to get rid of it. That explains why my weed was harsh and dry I got 14.15 gs for $65 instead of $125. Wait is too long Now that the first few weeks are over Verilife needs to focus on its customer service. Waits for no medical service is excessive. This store has 6 price points and I saw only 5 open today. I know that these stores are making thousands of dollars so they can definitely afford to increase staff and revisit their customer flow plan. I was blown away at how rude and condescending they were. I recently arrived at this place from out of state (coming from Vermont). I walked up to the door and went to open it and it was locked. A. Brunette girl walked up, opened the door and very rudely stated "you don't open this door! You wait until I decide to open it!". I was quite taken back. So she let me in and I walked towards the counter and she the. Rudely states "where are you going? I need your id right now! You don't get to walk in here however you want like some Willy nilly! Now give me your iD" I show my Id and in midstream I tell her "there are different rules for different states and there's no need to be rude or condescending ". The longest wait time I've EVER experienced at a dispensary, even "online reservations" take forever. You'll be lucky to wait only 30 mins. The flow could use a lot of improvements to be efficient. Should be in and out, ID check, a minute or 2 checking out. Have a feeling they don't get preorders ready ahead of time which is causing a TON of delays. read more

I was going to give it another try since the rules have changed & it's been a while. BUT then I saw in the reviews that they're serving recreational before people getting their legitimate medicine. My favorite dispensary by far! I am a frequent customer, and have been for a little over two years. I am always more than satisfied with my trips there, and I always leave with a smile on my face! The prices are incredible compared to nearby dispensaries ( SunnySide, Ayr, Etc. ) and the staff rock! They always make sure I know when I come to VeriLife, I'm getting the best care and bang for my buck. They have handled the change to recreational with ease, and the lobby is clearly separated by signs and ropes. I will say, if you are going for recreational purposes, expect to be there for nearly 45 minutes, due to that line generally being MUCH larger, but medical is almost always out within 15 minutes because of the prioritization. I will continue to shop at this location, and I highly encourage others to do the same! read more

The girl working the front desk was so incredibly rude. She was on the phone when we walked in. We had never been here before and there were no signs indicating where we needed to go or what line we needed to wait in. She looked at us and said "don't walk through there. Can you just wait a second?" and waved her hand at us. If I had gotten her name I would've mentioned it. Definitely would not recommend. There are plenty of other good dispensaries in the Cincinnati area that deserve your patronage more! read more

I absolutely love this place and its prices but the wait for Medical PATIENTS is ridiculous and needs to be highly prioritized over recreational. I paid good money so I could treat my condition and get my product in a reasonable amount of time. Last time I was there it took almost 40 mins. Just to give you an idea, it used to take me less than 5 mins when it was medical only. I glad people are enjoying the product but the demand needs to be met with more efficient business practices (because I know hiring new people isn't always possible) read more

It's nice being able to walk in a place and not feel like I'm being judged. This has been my dispensary for almost a year now, and I absolutely love them. The staff are always helpful and the store is well stocked. If timed right, I can get in and out incredibly quickly (the last hour or two before closing is usually really busy). read more

Everything was cool you have to go with an open mind and remember that recreational is fresh and new to Cincinnati. If you have a bit of patience and remember there are first timers, people with questions (even long time smokers and people who've been to dispensaries in areas where recreational has been around for awhile), medical users who have had access longer than recreational users, all the different Verilife systems being intertwined etc. then you should have a good experience! Out of items or "can't find" sales items regularly. So you'll go in thinking you're spending a certain amount and getting a certain amount of product and they'll end up getting one over on you, you'll spend more than you expected and get less! Go to any of the other dispensaries. Lower prices and more accurate stock. This place is a joke. read more

Ohio afforded us the "Ohio" 1/10 th, and the 1/5th , The prices here are exorbitant! This is only Excluding many medical patients. Why would I pay over $150 dollars ...or more for a half ounce, when I can get the same thing for $80? I'm going back to the streets to get my medication. The quality is the same. This place is not the answer. I spent $185 after tax for a half of garbage shake, and a half gram cartridge. This is not acceptable! I will not be back! It's the best dispensary in the city. It's not saying much there's only 3 as of now. Waits aren't bad, getting checked in isn't bad. Most of the staff is friendly. Their online pickups could go smoother. The last two times was walk up vs online as it's been quicker in and out that way. Too many people like to ask questions after ordering online which slows that side down. If you ordered online you should just come pay and pick up. That's my experience with them the selection varies a bit. Sometimes hard to get the same strain as the week before unless you like Matter they seem to always have something from them in store. read more
