I have had 3 separate chats about this issue with whom I believe was a supervisor or manager and each time I have yet to get a call back or my money returned for cigs I never got. This dispute can go on for 90 days with the bank so for those of us that live paycheck to paycheck this gas burdened me more then they may think! Bad customer service in my opinion!
