At this time my debit card which was used as a credit cards already charged me the 108 so I decided to wait for it to go through the bank and then dispute it I told them I would dispute it so they knew. I have had 3 separate chats about this issue with whom I believe was a supervisor or manager and each time I have yet to get a call back or my money returned for cigs I never got. This dispute can go on for 90 days with the bank so for those of us that live paycheck to paycheck this gas burdened me more then they may think! Bad customer service in my opinion! Action should have been taken the very next day if not sooner.
