I have to disagree heavily with the other reviewer here. I used to smoke cigs and one day after leaving a music shop near their old location and lit up outside I saw their sign went in and the salesman Chris (who I later learned is the son of the wonderful owner) had me convinced and I haven't smoke a cig since. They have 2 different rewards programs through a punchcard and a phone app so you save money for your loyalty they are always friendly and remember my juice preferences (to be fair I'm there even more now since they moved closer to me). They give u a free bottle of juice with you larger purchases and they are always knowledgeable and helpful as well as just great people to talk to. This store saved me from cigs and all the people there are amazing. 6/5 stars would definitely recommend for all vapers from e salt to regular juice; pens, mods, and every device in between plus they will help you if you experience problems with your device. read more

My favorite vape shop around! They carry a huge selection of juice, along with a good assortment gear from starter kits to advanced mods and a variety of tanks! The tasting bar is awesome and the service by Robin and Annika is excellent! They always make sure my juice from Italy is stocked and are very knowledgable with their advice wether you're a newbie or and advanced Vaper! Highly recommended! read more

I only gave it a 1 because it would not let me put zero. The first couple of times we used this place, The price on the AIO pen I bought was good. They had a special on a juice that made it affordable. Things started to go wrong when they moved locations. They got rid of the pen that I was using. They sold me one of the last pens I had bought. It was an original design from 2 years ago. They tried to tell me that it was brand new but it wasn't. It lasted a week before it died. They gave me another original design and that died within a week. They had charged me $30 for it and the same pen was about $24 before they moved. During this same time, I took my son to pick up a new device. The guy that sold the battery and tank to us said the price for each was $40. They had overcharged me yet again for his device when it rang up. When we went back in to ask, the guy had disappeared and they told us to talk to the owner. The only one I got a hold of was Jeanne, the buying manager. Turns out I think she is the owners wife so she hides behind a title. She said she would give us a credit which my son used for some juice. When I took my second one in, she sold me a different AIO pen for $40. The same thing is listed all over the internet for $25 average. Again, I feel like I got ripped off. That same pen messed up and even though it charges, the charging light that tells you how much battery life you have is messed up. I will never go back. I won't even take this in to exchange. I can't even send it in to the manufacturing because they never give receipts. This place is ripping people off just to pay for their new store. I am done. read more

Hands down the classiest Vape Establishment I have ever been in. Juice selection is a plethora of Yummy Goodness. Not to mention, just to keep it in the Family they have many Local Juice company's as well lining their shelves. Large selection of Beginner and Advanced devices, in addition to Some Local Box Makers Such as Crazy8. There is something for everyone.You will not be disappointed. Staff is Super friendly and Extremely knowledgeable of the products and juice they sell. Robins is a very welcoming environment for the Newbies. Do yourself a favor and stop in. read more

History

Established in 2013.

We originally were located off of West Chester road in West chester and moved almost two years ago to Cox Road in the plaza with Kroger off of Tylersville Road.

I started out in the service industry for fifteen years. Then I worked in outdoor sales selling food to restaurants. I enjoy working with customers and helping them. Vaping helped my dad quit smoking and I do this to help other people.

Robins Vapors is not your typical vape shop. When you first walk in it has this relaxed and comfortable atmosphere about it. There's several comfy chairs and a sofa as well as a pretty big TV which always has something interesting on it. There are tables with the latest Vape Magazine for your reading enjoyment as well as refreshing hot coffee with vape related coffee cups. Robins carries a wide variety of devices from pen style all the way to unregulated box mods. They also have local devices and juices such as Crazy8modz, Ohmslaw, Blue Collar, and Ground Zero. The latter one in which they have a shop exclusive flavor called Nest Egg, which is a strawberry Candy with a gooey filling and it's delicious! They always seem to have what I need whether it be the new Vaporz Cloud product or just some good ol juice. I love the shop and it's a great place to just go hang out and vape. I strongly recommend this shop and will definitely keep coming back for a long time. read more

I have been going to Robin's since they first opened in Northern KY. Have to travel about a half hour now but it's worth it for good service and selection. Whether your just getting into vaping or looking for a high powered cloud chuckin regulated or unregulated device she's got you covered. Not sure what flavor e-juice your looking for, belly up to the bar and look through or even better try a few of the MANY flavors. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Top notch facility. Have never bought something there that I did not thoroughly enjoy. The staff is very up to date on all the latest Devices, Parts and accessories. They are very well priced and will continue to get my business.
