I called around 4:30 PM and was me with a screeching fax machine in my ear. I hung up and called again thinking it was a fluke it happened again. I hung up, called again same thing fax machine in my ear. I then waited five minutes called again and then I got a voicemail immediately went to voicemail. I then called with my number blocked and someone answered. I'm not making a 15 minute trip out there to find out that they don't have the product I need which spoiler alert they didn't again and when I asked when would be in stock they didn't know and they can't tell me and that's the same answer. I keep getting over and over and over again and I've been shopping from them for three years. My husband's been getting from them for five years I am done with this place. This is the BEST Vapor store in town, hands down. If you live in Cincinnati, you know how bad some of them are (I.e. the one on Monmouth street in Newport is the WORST ((have you been in the bathroom there? Ughhh-so disgusting!))) this place is so clean, organized and the owners/employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. We live on the Eastside and although it's 30 plus minutes from where we live we will make the drive there from now on. We went to Rob with some questions about our tanks and modems, and how to effectively rebuild our coils, and although we didn't even have our ecigs with us, he knew how to fix EVERYTHING. From leaning on the eleaf to using a screwdriver to recognize the atomizer with a quick trick-to helping us pick out the most affordable and reliable option for our new tanks (while also selling us the metal mouthpieces to avoid future mishaps) he was able to solve all of our problems so easily and with such efficiency and kindness-Thank you so much, Rob! I really like this place. They are always helpful and friendly and it seems as though every one of their employees are knowledgeable about the products. If they don't know, they immediately try to find out for you. The only thing I do not like about this place is that the hours that show on Yelp are not the hours that they have at the location. I've been coming to this location of Cincy Vapors for a few years now. It's close to my apartment on the west side of Cincinnati. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good selection of mods, atomizers and starter kits. Good selection of juices and accessories including batteries, prebuilt coils, and drip tips. It's a fairly big space so you don't feel cramped up when there's a few people in there. Usually 2 or 3 employees working at a time so you served in a quick and timely matter. As far as prices go, they are similar to other brick and mortars in the area. Overall, my go to vape shop in Cincinnati. Directly competing with King Vapors Shop and Lounge which is about a mile away on Harrison Ave in Cheviot. I go here often knowing they will have what I want. I highly recommend this shop. read more
