Bought a vape that wasn't working when opened and had vapor come out of the bottom end when used…read moreand tasted horrible/burnt. Associate refused to take it back since it wasn't opened in store. I usually buy a handful at a time and don't want to open all of them at once and check them. They can get a refund from the manufacturer for free but I was told by this store that it's "contaminated" like the plan is to fix it/repackage it to sell? I liked the convenience of this store being close to where I live. Have shopped here for years spending a couple grand a year but will just order online from now on as they take broken/faulty devices back. Make sure you try the devices in store as they will not take a faulty device once you leave

It wasn't spiked, nor did it do it's intended job. Also, might i add, their prices are a little to arbitrarily high. 15$ for a "high end" pre roll, that wasn't dipped in keef or wax. Basically the same ones you'd get at stop n go for 3$.

Selection and price cannot be beat, but the thing that brings me back the most is the owner, Ross…read moreis absolutely one of the coolest, nicest guys I've ever come across in business. He always goes out of his way to find the flavor. I'm looking for and when he's out, he goes above and beyond to find something to stand in its place until he can get my regular vape in stock. Also, I've been seeing more of his employee, CJ and I've gotta say he is just as pleasant. The store is always full and always super clean. I actually go out of my way to make sure and support this business and I suggest and recommend that you do too. *** disclaimer: (LOL) I'm not promoting vaping as good thing to do because it's not healthy BUT if it is something you do, this is a safe and fun environment in which to spend*** definitely recommend!
