I've called this store NUMEROUS times to complain of issues with his products, some are fake or…read morejust plain faulty but MOSTLY what angers me is that he's selling burnt coils! But to call and to be but on hold and then hung up on or call to talk to someone who says "uhhh" or "like" in every sentence... that's fine. But the foreign manager is the worst. He has no desire to care about his customers and if you buy something faulty from him.... good luck. You're stuck with it. He won't fix it but better yet he called me a liar and said I bought them elsewhere. This pansy is a real piece of work. Save your money and find another vape shop. This guy is the worst and only cares about selling, doesn't give a about his customers or if they're even happy... all he ever did was rush you or RUDELY answer the phone IN THE MIDDLE of a SALE!!! Professional????? Ha.... definitely NOT. Go to Moore's Vape shop down the street, way better scene and they give discounts UNLIKE this whack shop... What a waste of money and time I spent on this pos. Worst shop ever!!! Negative-stars if I could!!!!! Makes sense why there's never anyone in this shop

I came in looking for a very particular item and although he didn't know what it was, Hunter went out of his way to look around and help me figure it out. I wanted to update my review because since I reviewed last they are always open when I stop in, and…read moreyesterday they COMPLETELY won me over. I had a vape emergency and my mod fell on the floor and was completely destroyed - if you are an ex smoker that uses vaping for smoking cessation you know exactly what I'm talking about! The panic, anyway I gave them a call and they made sure not only to hook me up with a great solution but a great price and furthermore, honestly really went above and beyond. The salesperson was so cool about it, really cared and it cost me less than I thought it would. They do know what they're talking about here. Anything I need for vaping, juice, coils, batteries, tanks, mods (please stock more mods!) I will get it here from now on as long as I live in Cincinnati. They don't seem very busy so every time I go I get great one on one service and I can get in and out fast. Even tho they don't seem busy the juice is always fresh, never had a bottle that tasted like it's been sitting forever and I appreciate that. My only gripe at this point is I wish they stocked more mods & tanks because I would buy them there if they did. The owner pops up like a genie out of nowhere when you first walk in and it never fails to make me giggle.

I usually buy a handful at a time and don't want to open all of them at once and check them. They can get a refund from the manufacturer for free but I was told by this store that it's "contaminated" like the plan is to fix it/repackage it to sell? I liked the convenience of this store being close to where I live. Have shopped here for years spending a couple grand a year but will just order online from now on as they take broken/faulty devices back. Make sure you try the devices in store as they will not take a faulty device once you leave
